中日建交以來兩國間文化外交的歷程與評析

【摘要】:文化外交一直是中日外交關系中的一項重要內容。而文化本身亦是當今綜合國力競爭中的核心要素,各國都將文化外交視為塑造國家形象和實現(xiàn)國家利益的重要工具。中日自1972年建交至今已歷四十余年,期間兩國互相開展的文化外交實踐,在不同歷史階段都有不同的表現(xiàn)和特征,對兩國關系的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了不同程度和性質的作用。本文主要基于中日建交以來兩國間文化外交的歷史展開研究,意在通過探究推動兩國間文化外交發(fā)展變化的因素,分析比較兩國文化外交的異同,為中國運用文化外交捍衛(wèi)國家利益、構建國家形象并推動中日關系良性發(fā)展提供借鑒和啟示。第一部分主要對文化外交及其相關理論進行闡述。首先,在了解已有研究的基礎上,對文化外交進行準確定義,闡述其內涵要素,分析文化外交的特征和作用;其次,對文化外交和其他相近的外交概念進行辨析,分析文化外交和其他外交之間的關系。第二部分主要對中日文化外交的概況進行介紹。第一,對中國文化外交進行概述,分析中國文化外交的有關戰(zhàn)略與政策,介紹中國開展文化外交的主要行為體,并簡要闡述中國文化外交的發(fā)展歷程。第二,對日本文化外交進行概述,探討日本文化外交的有關戰(zhàn)略與政策和日本開展文化外交的主要行為體,并闡述日本文化外交的發(fā)展歷程。該部分主要從宏觀上把握中日兩國文化外交的基本情況和總體特點,為下一步的深入分析提供基礎。第三部分對中日建交以來兩國間的文化外交互動歷史展開深入分析。該部分首先將中日兩國自建交以來至今文化外交互動的40多年,根據(jù)其特征變化分為三個歷史階段:萌芽期(1972-1978)、全方位發(fā)展期(1978-1991)、中國的穩(wěn)步發(fā)展期與日本的深化調整期(1991至今)。劃分的依據(jù)主要是某些重要歷史事件對中日兩國各自外交戰(zhàn)略、文化外交發(fā)展水平與方向以及中日文化關系結構產(chǎn)生了重大影響,從而使兩國間的文化外交在不同歷史時期表現(xiàn)出不同特征。第四部分主要對中日間文化外交的上述四個歷史階段展開具體分析,并探討中日間文化外交歷史帶來的啟示。首先,分析中日間的文化外交在中日關系中的地位和作用。第二,通過考察中日兩國間文化外交的演變過程,從中分析出影響兩國文化外交變化與調整的因素。第三,本文將文化外交分為印象生成、觀念建構和行為反饋三個主要過程,并從這三個過程的角度分析比較中日文化外交的異同。最后,基于以上分析,總結中日間文化外交歷程對中國文化外交的啟示,為未來中國文化外交的發(fā)展完善提供借鑒和依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Cultural diplomacy has always been an important part of Sino-Japanese diplomatic relations. Culture itself is also the core element in the competition of comprehensive national strength. All countries regard cultural diplomacy as an important tool for shaping national image and realizing national interests. It has been more than 40 years since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan in 1972. During this period, the cultural diplomacy between the two countries has different manifestations and characteristics in different historical stages, which has played a role in the development of the relations between the two countries in different degrees and nature. Based on the history of cultural diplomacy between China and Japan since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan, this paper aims to analyze and compare the similarities and differences of cultural diplomacy between the two countries by exploring the factors that promote the development and change of cultural diplomacy between the two countries. It provides reference and inspiration for China to use cultural diplomacy to defend national interests, to construct national image and to promote the healthy development of Sino-Japanese relations. The first part mainly expounds the cultural diplomacy and its related theories. First of all, on the basis of understanding the existing research, we define cultural diplomacy accurately, expound its connotation elements, analyze the characteristics and functions of cultural diplomacy; secondly, analyze cultural diplomacy and other similar diplomatic concepts. Analyze the relationship between cultural diplomacy and other diplomacy. The second part mainly introduces the general situation of Sino-Japanese cultural diplomacy. The first part is an overview of Chinese cultural diplomacy, an analysis of the relevant strategies and policies of Chinese cultural diplomacy, an introduction to the main actors of China's cultural diplomacy, and a brief description of the development of Chinese cultural diplomacy. Secondly, it summarizes the Japanese cultural diplomacy, discusses the relevant strategies and policies of Japan's cultural diplomacy and the main actors of Japan's cultural diplomacy, and expounds the development course of Japan's cultural diplomacy. This part mainly grasps the basic situation and the general characteristic of the cultural diplomacy of China and Japan from the macroscopic view, and provides the foundation for the further analysis. The third part deeply analyzes the history of cultural diplomacy interaction between China and Japan since the establishment of diplomatic relations between China and Japan. This part firstly divides the interaction of cultural diplomacy between China and Japan since the establishment of diplomatic relations for more than 40 years. According to its characteristics, it can be divided into three historical stages: the budding period is 1972-1978, the all-around development period is 1978-1991, the steady development period of China and the deepening adjustment period of Japan. The division is mainly based on the fact that some important historical events have had a significant impact on the respective diplomatic strategies of China and Japan, the level and direction of cultural diplomacy and the structure of Sino-Japanese cultural relations. Thus, the cultural diplomacy between the two countries shows different characteristics in different historical periods. The fourth part mainly analyzes the above four historical stages of Sino-Japanese cultural diplomacy, and probes into the enlightenment brought by the history of Sino-Japanese cultural diplomacy. Firstly, it analyzes the position and function of cultural diplomacy between China and Japan. Secondly, by examining the evolution of cultural diplomacy between China and Japan, the factors influencing the changes and adjustments of cultural diplomacy between China and Japan are analyzed. Thirdly, this paper divides cultural diplomacy into three main processes: impression formation, concept construction and behavior feedback, and analyzes and compares the similarities and differences of Sino-Japanese cultural diplomacy from the perspective of these three processes. Finally, based on the above analysis, this paper summarizes the enlightenment of Sino-Japanese cultural diplomacy to China's cultural diplomacy, and provides reference and basis for the development and perfection of China's cultural diplomacy in the future.
