長(zhǎng)春高校來(lái)華留學(xué)生跨文化適應(yīng)調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái),隨著中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)不斷發(fā)展,綜合國(guó)力逐漸增強(qiáng),國(guó)際地位顯著提高,中國(guó)與世界各國(guó)和地區(qū)的文化交往日漸頻繁,越來(lái)越多的外國(guó)人選擇到中國(guó)留學(xué)、工作,學(xué)習(xí)漢語(yǔ)和了解中國(guó)文化。長(zhǎng)春作為吉林省省會(huì)、中國(guó)東北地區(qū)第二大城市,素有“大學(xué)城”美譽(yù),正吸引著更多的外國(guó)人把長(zhǎng)春作為留學(xué)的選擇地之一。這些來(lái)華留學(xué)生作為在校學(xué)生的一部分,與中國(guó)大學(xué)生具有一定的共性,與此同時(shí),他們受教育背景、文化傳統(tǒng)、風(fēng)俗習(xí)慣等因素影響,在世界觀、價(jià)值觀、思維方式、學(xué)習(xí)方法、人際關(guān)系、生活習(xí)慣等方面與中國(guó)學(xué)生存在較多差異。根據(jù)現(xiàn)有的研究,文化上的巨大差異會(huì)對(duì)留學(xué)生的心理和生理產(chǎn)生負(fù)面影響,導(dǎo)致他們不能有效地融入當(dāng)?shù)厣鐣?huì),同時(shí)會(huì)影響他們的學(xué)習(xí)。因此如何正確認(rèn)識(shí)、深刻理解這些差異及其可能帶來(lái)的后果,做出及時(shí)正確的應(yīng)對(duì)策略,在很大程度上取決于留學(xué)生教育管理工作,而教育管理的成敗又對(duì)留學(xué)生來(lái)華學(xué)習(xí)目的是否能夠達(dá)成以及對(duì)長(zhǎng)春市高校留學(xué)生教育的發(fā)展有著直接影響。目前國(guó)內(nèi)高校留學(xué)生管理多側(cè)重于硬件建設(shè),為留學(xué)生提供舒適的生活設(shè)施和環(huán)境,照顧他們的生活習(xí)慣和宗教習(xí)俗,,但是對(duì)于他們?cè)谌A所面臨的跨文化交際適應(yīng)和參與中國(guó)社會(huì)文化生活的需求情況等軟件方面的管理能力還有待于提高。 本文以文化學(xué)、語(yǔ)言學(xué)、跨文化交際學(xué)、心理學(xué)等多學(xué)科理論為支撐,通過(guò)問(wèn)卷調(diào)查形式,從個(gè)人、社會(huì)、地域差異等方面了解在長(zhǎng)留學(xué)生的跨文化適應(yīng)情況,研究留學(xué)生在新的文化環(huán)境中的適應(yīng)狀態(tài),在語(yǔ)言感應(yīng)、社會(huì)交往、日常生活、學(xué)術(shù)活動(dòng)等諸多方面的適應(yīng)能力和適應(yīng)問(wèn)題,以及他們應(yīng)對(duì)文化差異所采取的各種各樣的方式方法,分析影響文化適應(yīng)的內(nèi)外部因素,文化適應(yīng)與學(xué)習(xí)、生活匹配度、滿(mǎn)意度之間的聯(lián)系和它們之間相互影響的機(jī)制,為管理者實(shí)施有效管理提供理論依據(jù),為管理措施的制定提供第一手資料;此外還向留學(xué)生提出一些有效的意見(jiàn)和建議,減輕文化差異對(duì)他們所造成的心理壓力,增強(qiáng)他們對(duì)跨文化交際的信心和能力。根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果,提出多項(xiàng)促進(jìn)留學(xué)生文化適應(yīng)能力的具體措施。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the continuous development of China's economy and society, the overall national strength has gradually increased, and the international status has increased significantly, the cultural exchanges between China and other countries and regions in the world have become increasingly frequent, and more foreigners have chosen to study and work in China. Learn Chinese and understand Chinese culture. Changchun, the capital of Jilin province and the second largest city in northeast China, is known as "university town" and is attracting more foreigners to take Changchun as one of the places of choice for studying abroad. These students who come to China as part of the students have certain commonalities with Chinese college students. At the same time, they are influenced by factors such as educational background, cultural traditions, customs and habits, in terms of world outlook, values, and ways of thinking. There are many differences between Chinese students and Chinese students in learning methods, interpersonal relationships, living habits and so on. According to existing studies, cultural differences can have a negative impact on the psychology and physiology of foreign students, resulting in their inability to integrate effectively into the local society and the impact on their learning. Therefore, how to correctly understand these differences and their possible consequences and make timely and correct coping strategies depends to a great extent on the educational management of foreign students. The success or failure of educational management has a direct impact on whether the purpose of studying in China can be achieved or not and on the development of overseas students' education in colleges and universities in Changchun. At present, the management of foreign students in domestic colleges and universities focuses on the construction of hardware, providing them with comfortable living facilities and environment, and taking care of their living habits and religious customs. However, their ability to manage such software as cross-cultural communication adaptation and participation in Chinese social and cultural life needs to be improved. Supported by the theories of culture, linguistics, cross-cultural communication, psychology and so on, this paper explores the cross-cultural adaptation of long international students in terms of individual, social and regional differences through questionnaires. To study the adaptability of foreign students in the new cultural environment, the adaptability and problems in language induction, social interaction, daily life, academic activities, etc. And the various ways and means they have taken to deal with cultural differences, and to analyse the internal and external factors that affect cultural adaptation, the links between cultural adaptation and learning, life matching, satisfaction, and the mechanisms by which they interact, To provide theoretical basis for the effective management of managers, provide first-hand information for the formulation of management measures, and provide some effective opinions and suggestions to foreign students, so as to alleviate the psychological pressure caused by cultural differences. Enhance their confidence and ability in cross-cultural communication. According to the results of the investigation, several concrete measures to promote the cultural adaptability of foreign students are put forward.
