【摘要】：絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶既是沿線各國合作共贏的和平發(fā)展之路,也是各國人民交流互動的民心相通之路。近年來,隨著"一帶一路"建設(shè)持續(xù)推進,越來越多的國家開始了解并積極響應(yīng)和參與絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶建設(shè),各國人民社會交往活動日益頻繁,人文交流合作的范圍和層次也呈現(xiàn)出國際化和高端化發(fā)展趨勢�？傮w來說,絲路沿線國家的民心相通建設(shè)不斷推進、民心相通不斷增強、民心相通不斷加深。絲路沿線國家和地區(qū)注重人文交流合作,文化交流活動頻繁;絲路沿線旅游業(yè)蓬勃發(fā)展,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展迅速;教育、科技、醫(yī)療衛(wèi)生等領(lǐng)域交流合作日益密切。但民心相通是一項復(fù)雜的系統(tǒng)工程,絲綢之路經(jīng)濟帶民心相通面臨的困難和問題有:社會交往實踐中人文交流合作缺乏文化自覺和文化自信基礎(chǔ)上的充分開放和包容;社會交往實踐中人文交流溝通的雙向性和互動性不足;社會交往實踐中交流活動及其內(nèi)容和范圍有待持續(xù)化、深化和擴展。從歷史和現(xiàn)實層面看,本文認為在社會交往實踐中可從以下幾方面促進沿線各國交流互動,推進民心相通:在充分的開放包容中,促進民心相通發(fā)展;積極推動我國企業(yè)和民眾"走進去",融入當?shù)亟?jīng)濟社會生活;因地制宜,采取靈活多樣的交流方式。
[Abstract]:The Silk Road Economic Belt is not only the road of peaceful development for all the countries along the Silk Road, but also the way for the people of all countries to exchange and interact with each other. In recent years, with the continuous development of "Belt and Road", more and more countries begin to understand and actively respond to and participate in the construction of the Silk Road Economic Belt. The scope and level of humanistic exchange and cooperation also show the trend of internationalization and high-end development. In general, the construction of the people's hearts along the Silk Road continues to advance, the people's hearts are growing, and the people's hearts are deepening. Countries and regions along the Silk Road pay attention to cultural exchanges and cooperation, cultural exchange activities are frequent, tourism along the Silk Road is booming, cultural industry is developing rapidly, and exchanges and cooperation in the fields of education, science and technology, medical and health care are increasingly close. However, it is a complex system project to connect people's hearts and minds. The difficulties and problems faced by the people in the Silk Road economic belt are as follows: the lack of cultural consciousness and full openness and tolerance on the basis of cultural self-consciousness and cultural self-confidence in the practice of social exchanges and humanities exchanges and cooperation; In the practice of social communication, the two-way and interactive nature of human communication is insufficient, and the communication activities, their contents and scope need to be continued, deepened and expanded. From the perspective of history and reality, this paper holds that in the practice of social communication, the exchange and interaction of countries along the route can be promoted from the following aspects: in the course of full openness and tolerance, promoting the mutual development of the people's hearts and minds; We should actively promote enterprises and people in our country to "go in", integrate into local economic and social life, and adopt flexible and diverse means of communication according to local conditions.
