【摘要】：大連是我國(guó)典型的近代城市，由于歷史原因，受到西方資本主義的影響，城市景觀(guān)極具西洋風(fēng)格、充滿(mǎn)異國(guó)情調(diào)；改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)，大連依托優(yōu)越的區(qū)位和良好的生態(tài)環(huán)境，快速發(fā)展成為現(xiàn)代花園城市，構(gòu)成特色鮮明的城市文化景觀(guān)。這些城市文化景觀(guān)生動(dòng)地反映了大連城市歷史發(fā)展的過(guò)程和城市文化的特色，具有很高的歷史、文化、經(jīng)濟(jì)等價(jià)值。近年，伴隨著城市化快速發(fā)展，大連發(fā)展受到城市“特色危機(jī)”。對(duì)大連城市文化景觀(guān)進(jìn)行全面分析，研究以何種方式展現(xiàn)其文化，挖掘其特色，促進(jìn)城市的可持續(xù)發(fā)展是非常必要的。大連作為著名的旅游城市，以旅游開(kāi)發(fā)來(lái)挖掘文化景觀(guān)內(nèi)涵，延續(xù)城市文脈，豐富旅游文化，彰顯大連城市魅力，是一種合理有效的方式和手段。本文對(duì)大連城市文化景觀(guān)進(jìn)行了研究，進(jìn)而提出了旅游開(kāi)發(fā)策略和建議。 本文首先對(duì)大連城市文化景觀(guān)形成與發(fā)展過(guò)程進(jìn)行了梳理，以文化地理學(xué)和人本主義地理學(xué)相關(guān)理論為理論基礎(chǔ)，，將大連城市文化景觀(guān)劃分為建筑文化景觀(guān)、足球文化景觀(guān)、公園文化景觀(guān)、飲食文化景觀(guān)、語(yǔ)言文化景觀(guān)和滾子文化景觀(guān)六種類(lèi)型，并總結(jié)出各類(lèi)型景觀(guān)特征。 其次，構(gòu)建了大連城市文化景觀(guān)的價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系，運(yùn)用層次分析法（AHP）和模糊數(shù)學(xué)方法，對(duì)大連城市文化景觀(guān)的價(jià)值進(jìn)行綜合評(píng)價(jià)。 最后，以景觀(guān)價(jià)值評(píng)價(jià)為依據(jù)，以合理利用特色文化景觀(guān)資源、促進(jìn)旅游業(yè)發(fā)展、挖掘大連城市文化內(nèi)涵為總的指導(dǎo)思想，堅(jiān)持開(kāi)發(fā)與保護(hù)并重，可持續(xù)發(fā)展的基本原則，遵照大連各種城市文化景觀(guān)資源的實(shí)際開(kāi)發(fā)條件，確定其旅游開(kāi)發(fā)布局時(shí)序及開(kāi)發(fā)策略，并提出政府謀劃主導(dǎo)、大企業(yè)牽頭、多企業(yè)參與、當(dāng)?shù)鼐用駞⑴c、旅游者合作、堅(jiān)持保護(hù)性開(kāi)發(fā)等的旅游開(kāi)發(fā)建議。
[Abstract]:Dalian is a typical modern city in China. Due to historical reasons and influenced by western capitalism, the urban landscape is very Western style and full of exotic atmosphere. Since the reform and opening up, Dalian has relied on its superior location and good ecological environment. Rapid development into a modern garden city, constitute a distinctive urban cultural landscape. These urban cultural landscapes vividly reflect the process of historical development and the characteristics of urban culture in Dalian, and have high historical, cultural, economic and other values. In recent years, with the rapid development of urbanization, Dalian's development by the city's "characteristic crisis." It is necessary to analyze the cultural landscape of Dalian in a comprehensive way to study how to show its culture, excavate its characteristics and promote the sustainable development of the city. As a famous tourist city, it is a reasonable and effective way and means to excavate the connotation of cultural landscape, to continue the context of the city, to enrich the tourism culture and to highlight the charm of Dalian as a famous tourist city. This paper studies the urban cultural landscape of Dalian, and then puts forward some strategies and suggestions for tourism development. Based on the theories of cultural geography and humanism geography, this paper divides Dalian city cultural landscape into architectural cultural landscape and football cultural landscape. There are six types of park cultural landscape, diet cultural landscape, language cultural landscape and roller cultural landscape, and the characteristics of each kind of landscape are summarized. Secondly, the value evaluation index system of Dalian urban cultural landscape is constructed, and the value of Dalian urban cultural landscape is evaluated synthetically by using the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy mathematics method. Finally, based on the evaluation of landscape value, taking the rational utilization of characteristic cultural landscape resources, promoting the development of tourism industry and excavating the connotation of Dalian city culture as the general guiding ideology, the author insists on the basic principle of both development and protection, and sustainable development. In accordance with the actual conditions for the development of various urban cultural landscape resources in Dalian, the timing and strategy of tourism development and layout are determined, and the government plans to lead, large enterprises lead, multi-enterprises participate, local residents participate, tourists cooperate, Adhere to the protection of tourism development advice.
