【摘要】：創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)散是組織實(shí)現(xiàn)創(chuàng)新價(jià)值與可持續(xù)發(fā)展的重要途徑,本文從社會網(wǎng)絡(luò)分析的視角出發(fā),以孔子學(xué)院為研究案例,考察這一跨國組織的創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)散機(jī)制問題,主要結(jié)論有:孔子學(xué)院創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò)總體較為均衡,各項(xiàng)目網(wǎng)絡(luò)雖有一定集中度,但行動者之間關(guān)系較為平等;孔子學(xué)院各類行動者在分布位置上有一定差異,家庭、企業(yè)、社區(qū)、媒體及其他類型機(jī)構(gòu)分布較為邊緣化,表明孔子學(xué)院創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò)的外部聯(lián)系仍需加強(qiáng);擴(kuò)散網(wǎng)絡(luò)中最為活躍的行動者多來自孔子學(xué)院系統(tǒng)內(nèi)部,政府在孔子學(xué)院創(chuàng)新項(xiàng)目擴(kuò)散過程中扮演著提供支持和服務(wù)的作用;未來發(fā)展應(yīng)更注重推進(jìn)項(xiàng)目創(chuàng)新,提升行動者專業(yè)性和項(xiàng)目整合性,深耕項(xiàng)目質(zhì)量,增加項(xiàng)目的附加價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:Innovation project diffusion is an important way for organizations to realize innovation value and sustainable development. This paper, from the perspective of social network analysis, takes Confucius Institute as a case study to investigate the diffusion mechanism of innovation projects in this transnational organization. The main conclusions are as follows: the diffusion network of Confucius Institute innovation projects is generally balanced, although each project network has a certain degree of concentration, but the relationship between the actors is more equal, there are certain differences in the distribution of various actors in the Confucius Institute, family, The marginalized distribution of enterprises, communities, media and other types of institutions suggests that the external links of the Confucius Institute innovation project diffusion network still need to be strengthened; the most active actors in the diffusion network come from within the Confucius Institute system. The government plays the role of providing support and service in the process of the diffusion of Confucius Institute innovation projects, and the future development should pay more attention to the promotion of project innovation, the promotion of actors' professionalism and project integration, the quality of deep ploughing projects, and the added value of projects.
