【摘要】：文化建設(shè)是社會(huì)主義建設(shè)的重要組成部分,是中國特色社會(huì)主義理論體系的重要內(nèi)容。進(jìn)入新世紀(jì)以來，我國理論界的一些專家學(xué)者開始對(duì)文化發(fā)展進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)研究。國家社科基金資助項(xiàng)目中，文化建設(shè)和文化發(fā)展類課題所占比重越來越大。近幾年來，我國國家文化發(fā)展的研究取得了階段性成果。如，，葛茂林、齊引敬：和諧社會(huì)視野中的國家文化戰(zhàn)略選擇——論文化現(xiàn)代化與現(xiàn)代公民人格的文化養(yǎng)成（桂海論叢，2007年第2期）；張鳳琦：新時(shí)期文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略的演變（當(dāng)代中國史研究，2009年第3期）；李寧：國內(nèi)區(qū)域文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略比較（學(xué)海2009年第6期）；鄧顯超：中國文化發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略研究（江西人民出版社，2009年第3期）等。但是，對(duì)于如何在國外和國內(nèi)文化發(fā)展研究已經(jīng)取得的成果之上，結(jié)合陜西省實(shí)際，深入探析陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的相關(guān)問題,目前還比較薄弱。有鑒于此，筆者選擇了以陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的困境及對(duì)策研究作為研究生論文的選題，并在論文中從文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論入手，剖析陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀、分析陜西文化發(fā)展的優(yōu)勢(shì)及存在的不足,據(jù)此提出陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的思路及對(duì)策，著重提出了根據(jù)本省優(yōu)勢(shì)制定和實(shí)施文化發(fā)展策略；實(shí)施品牌戰(zhàn)略增強(qiáng)區(qū)域文化的影響力；培育文化自覺，增強(qiáng)文化自信；培植龍頭文化企業(yè)，大力發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)；建立和完善文化繁榮機(jī)制；實(shí)施走出去戰(zhàn)略等對(duì)策建議。本論文所探討的問題對(duì)陜西實(shí)現(xiàn)文化強(qiáng)省及西部強(qiáng)省建設(shè)具有一定的參考價(jià)值。 本文采用文獻(xiàn)研究法、實(shí)證研究法和理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際的方法進(jìn)行論文寫作。運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)研究法對(duì)有關(guān)文化發(fā)展和文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的文獻(xiàn)進(jìn)行檢索，系統(tǒng)收集資料，在占有大量資料的基礎(chǔ)上，對(duì)收集的材料進(jìn)行比較研究和綜合分析，使得論文撰寫工作建立在文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)最新研究成果之上。本文運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究法，選取文化發(fā)展先進(jìn)省份的一些實(shí)例，總結(jié)其經(jīng)驗(yàn)及規(guī)律性認(rèn)識(shí)，進(jìn)而將這些規(guī)律性的認(rèn)識(shí)運(yùn)用于指導(dǎo)陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)。理論聯(lián)系實(shí)際，將馬克思主義文化觀及中國特色社會(huì)主義文化理論同陜西文化發(fā)展實(shí)際相結(jié)合，針對(duì)陜西文化發(fā)展中存在的問題及不足，提出陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的對(duì)策建議。 本文分為四大部分，第一部分是引言，主要包括選題背景及意義、研究現(xiàn)狀和問題、研究思路和方法以及創(chuàng)新之處。第二部分是文化及文化建設(shè)的相關(guān)理論，主要包括文化的科學(xué)內(nèi)涵，馬克思主義文化理論及其實(shí)踐及文化強(qiáng)國與文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的理論和實(shí)踐。第三部分主要分析陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀，包括陜西文化發(fā)展取得的成就及存在的問題。第四部分主要是對(duì)策分析。首先確定陜西建設(shè)文化強(qiáng)省的基本思路，接著提出陜西建設(shè)文化強(qiáng)省的對(duì)策建議，最后總結(jié)出陜西文化強(qiáng)省建設(shè)的幾點(diǎn)思考。全文遵循馬克思主義認(rèn)識(shí)論規(guī)律，從理論闡述切入，逐步深入找到問題的核心，從而針對(duì)問題提出對(duì)策建議，力爭對(duì)問題進(jìn)行較系統(tǒng)全面、深入細(xì)致和務(wù)實(shí)獨(dú)立的分析。
[Abstract]:Cultural construction is an important part of socialist construction and an important part of the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Since the new century, some experts and scholars in the theoretical circles of our country have begun to systematically study the development of culture. In the projects funded by the National Social Science Fund, the proportion of cultural and cultural development projects is becoming more and more important. Great. In recent years, the study of national cultural development in China has made stage achievements. For example, Ge Maolin, homogenous: the choice of national cultural strategy in the vision of a harmonious society -- on cultural modernization and the culture of modern citizen personality (the second period of the 2007); Zhang Fengqi: the evolution of the strategy of cultural development in the new period (in the contemporary era) The study of national history, third phase of 2009); Lining: the comparison of regional cultural development strategy in China (the sixth period of study in 2009); Deng Xianchao: the study of the strategy of Chinese culture development (Jiangxi people's publishing house, 2009 third). However, on the basis of the achievements of the study on the development of foreign and domestic culture, in combination with the reality of Shaanxi Province, it is deeply explored. Analysis of the problems related to the construction of Shaanxi culture strong province is still relatively weak at present. In view of this, the author chooses the predicament and Countermeasures of the construction of Shaanxi culture strong province as the topic of the postgraduate thesis, and starts with the related theories of cultural construction in this paper, analyzes the present situation of the construction of Shaanxi culture strong province, and analyzes the advantages of the cultural development of Shaanxi. On this basis, we put forward the ideas and Countermeasures for the construction of Shaanxi's strong cultural province, and put forward the strategy of making and implementing cultural development according to the advantages of the province; implementing the brand strategy to strengthen the influence of regional culture; cultivating cultural consciousness, strengthening cultural confidence; cultivating the leading cultural enterprises and vigorously developing the cultural and creative industries; To establish and improve the mechanism of cultural prosperity and to implement the strategy of going out, the problems discussed in this paper have a certain reference value for Shaanxi to realize the strong province of culture and the construction of strong province in the West.
This paper uses literature research method, empirical research method and theory to link practice with the method of writing paper. Using literature research method to search the literature about cultural development and the construction of cultural strong province, collect information systematically and make a comparative study and comprehensive analysis on the collected materials on the basis of a large number of materials, so that the paper is written. The work of writing is based on the latest research achievements in the construction of a strong province of culture. This article uses empirical research to select some examples of the advanced provinces of cultural development, sum up their experience and regularity, and then apply these rules of understanding to the construction of Shaanxi's strong cultural province. The characteristic socialist culture theory is combined with the development of Shaanxi culture. In view of the problems and shortcomings in the development of Shaanxi culture, this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of Shaanxi culture strong province.
This article is divided into four parts, the first part is the introduction, which mainly includes the background and significance of the topic, the research status and problems, the research ideas and methods and the innovation. The second part is the related theories of cultural and cultural construction, mainly including the scientific connotation of culture, the theory and practice of Marx's main meaning culture and the strong cultural and cultural provinces. The third part mainly analyzes the present situation of the construction of Shaanxi cultural strong province, including the achievements and existing problems of Shaanxi cultural development. The fourth part is mainly the countermeasures analysis. First, it determines the basic ideas of Shaanxi's construction of a strong cultural province, and then puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of a strong cultural province in Shaanxi, and finally sums up the Shaanxi Province. Some thoughts on the construction of western culture strong province. The full text follows the law of Marx's theory of epistemology, starting from the theory and gradually finding the core of the problem, so as to put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the problem, and strive to make a more systematic and comprehensive, thorough and practical independent analysis of the problems.
