【摘要】：近年來,西藏為了促進(jìn)文化大發(fā)展大繁榮,連續(xù)出臺了一系列文化政策與措施,使西藏文化得以較快的發(fā)展,但是,通過實(shí)地調(diào)研,發(fā)現(xiàn)依然存在較多的問題,值得深入思考與研究。本文在調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,提出了西藏文化政策存在的問題,分析了存在問題的原因,并提出了一些對策建議。
[Abstract]:In recent years, in order to promote the great development and prosperity of culture in Tibet, a series of cultural policies and measures have been introduced in succession to enable the rapid development of Tibetan culture. However, through field research, it is found that there are still many problems. It is worth deep thinking and research. On the basis of investigation and investigation, this paper puts forward the problems existing in Tibet's cultural policy, analyzes the causes of the problems, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions.
