【摘要】：隨著和平與發(fā)展日益成為時(shí)代主題,文化軟實(shí)力的地位逐漸凸顯,甚至逐步取代經(jīng)濟(jì)軍事硬實(shí)力而成為國際競爭的戰(zhàn)略“制高點(diǎn)”,作為一個(gè)負(fù)責(zé)任的大國,如何在兼顧好自己形象的同時(shí)提升自己的軟實(shí)力,是一個(gè)值得深刻探討的問題。在大力構(gòu)建文化自信的當(dāng)今,應(yīng)在文化平等的基礎(chǔ)上,從構(gòu)建本土話語體系、拓展對外傳播途徑等方面著力提升國家的文化話語權(quán)。
[Abstract]:As peace and development are increasingly becoming the theme of the times, the status of cultural soft power has become increasingly prominent, even gradually replacing the hard power of the economy and military and becoming the "commanding point" of the international competition strategy. As a responsible country, how to improve its own soft power while taking into account its own image and improving its own image is a problem worthy of deep discussion. On the basis of cultural equality, we should improve the national cultural discourse power on the basis of cultural equality, from the construction of the local discourse system and the expansion of the way of foreign communication.
