【摘要】：通州創(chuàng)建首都公共文化服務(wù)示范區(qū)是落實(shí)國(guó)家和北京市重大戰(zhàn)略發(fā)展布局、適應(yīng)北京城市副中心建設(shè)戰(zhàn)略轉(zhuǎn)型和提升"通州味"文化圈建設(shè)核心競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的迫切需要。依據(jù)通州區(qū)的文化底蘊(yùn)以及公共文化服務(wù)現(xiàn)有基礎(chǔ),未來(lái)應(yīng)強(qiáng)化頂層設(shè)計(jì),整合公共文化資源,借力"供給側(cè)"改革實(shí)踐,助推通州"文化+"公共文化格局的構(gòu)建。
[Abstract]:It is an urgent need for Tongzhou to establish the capital public cultural service demonstration zone to implement the important strategic development layout of the state and Beijing, to adapt to the strategic transformation of the construction of the sub-center of Beijing city and to promote the core competitiveness of the construction of "Tongzhou flavor" cultural circle. According to the cultural background of Tongzhou District and the existing foundation of public cultural service, we should strengthen the top-level design in the future, integrate public cultural resources, take advantage of the "supply-side" reform practice, and promote the construction of the public cultural pattern of Tongzhou "Culture".
