【摘要】：侯店毛筆作為衡水重要的民族文化產(chǎn)業(yè)，也是我省乃至全國的重要民間文化，歷史悠久。傳統(tǒng)繁雜的制筆工序、艱苦的從業(yè)環(huán)境以及藝人工資的低收入，造成從藝人員欠缺的現(xiàn)狀。同時，侯店毛筆廠又因缺乏投資，缺乏專業(yè)人員以及科學(xué)的、完善的營銷模式，造成銷售市場萎縮的現(xiàn)狀。因此，為盡快改變毛筆文化的現(xiàn)狀，使侯店毛筆這一傳統(tǒng)文化得到傳承、保護(hù)和發(fā)展，才進(jìn)行此方向選題，進(jìn)行研究。 本論文在研究、學(xué)習(xí)并借鑒國內(nèi)外先進(jìn)地區(qū)對毛筆文化產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)與研究的基礎(chǔ)上，緊緊圍繞衡水本區(qū)域內(nèi)侯店毛筆文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的特點(diǎn)，認(rèn)真進(jìn)行資料的大量搜集、調(diào)研、分析、總結(jié)。找出侯店毛筆文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題，提出新思路和新對策，并尋找出適合本區(qū)域侯店毛筆的發(fā)展方向、技藝的改良、經(jīng)營與管理模式以及侯店毛筆文化價值等幾個方面內(nèi)容進(jìn)行探討，盡快使侯店毛筆走出困境，從而使這一歷史悠久的品牌得以傳承發(fā)展，更為傳承和弘揚(yáng)優(yōu)秀的民族文化提供科學(xué)的理論依據(jù)和參考。具體而言，本文主要從四個層面進(jìn)行了構(gòu)思，并根據(jù)其框架進(jìn)行了深入的論述： 第一部分研究緒論。即對本課題研究的背景、研究目的及意義進(jìn)行了概述；第二部分研究毛筆文化與文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的概述。本部分就此概念、范圍以及國內(nèi)外現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了梳理，以確保文章研究過程中準(zhǔn)確性和為下文研究主線做好鋪墊；第三部分是對侯店毛筆文化價值、產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展中存在的問題因素進(jìn)行分析、研究。研究中對衡水市的各個攤點(diǎn)、毛筆廠、學(xué)校、社區(qū)中的不同行業(yè)的人員進(jìn)行實(shí)地訪談，深入了解有關(guān)毛筆的各種情況，為進(jìn)一步研究做好了充分的準(zhǔn)備；第四部分侯店毛筆文化產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展方向的對策與建議研究。即是文章的重點(diǎn)，又是文章核心之處。此部分從七個角度對侯店毛筆文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的未來發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行規(guī)劃，使侯店毛筆未來發(fā)展前景更加明朗；第五部分結(jié)束語。主要對本文研究的情況進(jìn)行了回顧、總結(jié)與展望。 總之，本文通過對衡水區(qū)域文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中侯店毛筆市場現(xiàn)狀詳細(xì)的調(diào)查和分析，對其文化的傳承和發(fā)展進(jìn)行了深入的探討和研究。據(jù)現(xiàn)狀了解、分析、研究發(fā)現(xiàn)，為使衡水豐富的文化資源發(fā)揮更大作用，尤其在弘揚(yáng)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)侯店毛筆方面，必須利用現(xiàn)代的多元化的傳播媒介（網(wǎng)絡(luò)廣告、互聯(lián)網(wǎng)、手機(jī)、戶外媒體）和四大傳統(tǒng)的傳播媒體（報紙、雜志、電視、廣播）相結(jié)合，找出適合該行業(yè)的發(fā)展思路。具體表現(xiàn)在該市首先不斷完善發(fā)展規(guī)劃，逐產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)查摸底，逐企業(yè)嚴(yán)把質(zhì)量、技術(shù)關(guān)口，及時聘請專業(yè)人員進(jìn)入該行業(yè)的第一線，以確保文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的順利實(shí)施，并重點(diǎn)對侯店毛筆產(chǎn)業(yè)的打造出謀劃策，并以科學(xué)的經(jīng)營理念與營銷模式，將侯店的毛筆文化滲透到教學(xué)實(shí)踐中來，在學(xué)校開展豐富的文化教育活動，讓學(xué)生們多了解侯店毛筆的文化價值的同時，提高了侯店毛筆的宣傳度與影響力；也可以利用近年來衡水經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和文化發(fā)展的契機(jī)，開發(fā)具有地方特色的新產(chǎn)品，依托衡水區(qū)域的名優(yōu)文化產(chǎn)品資源以及衡水湖的旅游資源，對侯店毛筆廠進(jìn)行科學(xué)規(guī)劃，合理布局與完善，，更好地使這一文化產(chǎn)業(yè)得到持續(xù)穩(wěn)定的發(fā)展，也為衡水文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的振興做些有益的貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:As an important national cultural industry in Hengshui, Hou Dian's brush is also an important folk culture in our province and even the whole country. It has a long history. The traditional and complex process of making pen, hard working environment and low income of artists' wages have caused the shortage of artists. At the same time, Hou Dian's brush factory is lack of investment, lack of professional personnel and science. In order to change the current situation of the culture of the brush, the traditional culture of the Hou shop is inherited, protected and developed, and the research is carried out in this direction.
In this paper, on the basis of studying and learning from the development and research of the Chinese and foreign advanced areas on the culture industry of the brush, this paper closely surrounds the characteristics of the culture industry of Hou Dian's brush culture in Hengshui, and makes a great deal of collection, investigation, analysis and summary of the data, and finds out the problems in the development of the culture industry of Hou Dian's brush, and puts forward new ideas and new ideas. The countermeasure is to find out the development direction, the improvement of the skill, the management and management mode and the cultural value of Hou's brush, so as to make the Hou shop brush out of the predicament as soon as possible so as to inherit and develop the long history brand, and to inherit and carry forward the excellent national culture. For the theoretical basis and reference of science, specifically, this article has mainly conceived from four levels, and has carried on the thorough discussion according to its frame.
The first part of the study is the introduction, that is, the background of the research, the purpose and significance of the research; the second part of the study of the brush culture and cultural industry overview. This part of this concept, the scope and the status quo at home and abroad to be combed, to ensure the accuracy of the article in the process of research and to do a good job for the following main line of research; third Part is the analysis of the cultural value of Hou's brush pen, the present situation and the problems in the development of the industry. In the study, the people of various stalls, brush works, schools and communities in Hengshui are interviewed in the field, and the various situations about the brush are thoroughly understood, and fourth are well prepared for further research. It is the key point of the article and the core of the article. This part plans the future development direction of the culture industry in Hou Dian's brush culture industry from seven angles, which makes the future development of Hou Dian hair brush more bright; the fifth part of the conclusion is mainly about the study of this article. The situation was reviewed, summarized and prospected.
In a word, through the detailed investigation and analysis of the present situation of the market of the Hengshui regional cultural industry, this paper makes an in-depth study and Research on the inheritance and development of its culture. According to the status quo, analysis, research and discovery, in order to make the rich cultural resources of Hengshui play a greater role, especially in carrying forward the culture industry store brush pen. Face, we must make use of modern diversified media (Internet advertising, Internet, mobile phone, outdoor media) and four traditional media (newspapers, magazines, television, broadcasting) to find out the development ideas suitable for the industry. We can also exploit the opportunity of Hengshui's economic development and cultural development in recent years, develop new products with local characteristics, rely on the famous cultural product resources of the Hengshui region and the tourist resources of Hengshui lake, and enter the factory of Hou Dian Mao pen. Scientific planning, rational layout and perfection will make this cultural industry develop steadily and steadily, and make some useful contributions to the revitalization of Hengshui's cultural industry.
