【摘要】：現(xiàn)代化信息技術(shù)的普及,帶動了公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)的快速發(fā)展,作為我國主要的公共文化服務(wù)形式,公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)在發(fā)展過程中面臨著數(shù)字文化資源分散、公共文化機(jī)構(gòu)協(xié)同不足等現(xiàn)象,直接導(dǎo)致公共數(shù)字文化資源利用率低、服務(wù)便捷性差等問題,對公共數(shù)字文化事業(yè)的發(fā)展產(chǎn)生了極為不利的影響。以云計算為代表的新興技術(shù)的發(fā)展,為實現(xiàn)公共數(shù)字文化資源的優(yōu)化配置、公共數(shù)字文化按需敏捷個性化服務(wù)提供了可能。本文正是基于云計算技術(shù)的興起和公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)進(jìn)一步發(fā)展的時代背景,從公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)內(nèi)涵及特征—公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)創(chuàng)新體系—公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)模式—公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)創(chuàng)新對策等四個方面系統(tǒng)研究了公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)的基本理論,對促進(jìn)公共數(shù)字文化事業(yè)的發(fā)展和指導(dǎo)公共文化機(jī)構(gòu)開展云服務(wù)具有重要意義。論文研究的主要內(nèi)容分為以下四個部分:一是公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)的內(nèi)涵及特征研究。在介紹云計算與公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)融合發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)上,從政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、科技四個方面分析了公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的動因,提煉出公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)的需求;結(jié)合公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)的特征,詮釋了公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)的新內(nèi)涵和新特征。二是公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)創(chuàng)新體系研究。從服務(wù)參與主體、服務(wù)理念、服務(wù)資源及服務(wù)內(nèi)容、服務(wù)模式、服務(wù)支撐技術(shù)與手段等五個方面研究了公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)系統(tǒng)的構(gòu)成要素;構(gòu)建了公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu),并進(jìn)行了系統(tǒng)結(jié)構(gòu)和功能分析;從公共數(shù)字文化云資源優(yōu)化配置角度出發(fā),在云資源標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、云資源集成化、云資源組合優(yōu)化、云服務(wù)創(chuàng)新等四個方面分析了公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)的創(chuàng)新過程。三是公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)模式構(gòu)建。在搜集公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)模式案例的基礎(chǔ)上,對現(xiàn)有公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)模式的特點進(jìn)行了歸納總結(jié);針對當(dāng)前公共數(shù)字文化服務(wù)瓶頸和未來發(fā)展趨勢,提煉出公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)的目標(biāo);根據(jù)用戶的需求的層次性、多樣性,構(gòu)建公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)的“多重”發(fā)展模式。四是公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的對策。從服務(wù)理念創(chuàng)新、公共數(shù)字文化資源整合、特色資源庫建設(shè)、服務(wù)隊伍和用戶能力培養(yǎng)等四個方面,提出了推進(jìn)公共數(shù)字文化云服務(wù)創(chuàng)新的對策。
[Abstract]:The popularization of modern information technology has driven the rapid development of public digital cultural services. As the main form of public cultural services in China, public digital cultural services are facing the spread of digital cultural resources in the process of development. The lack of coordination among public cultural institutions directly leads to the low utilization rate of public digital cultural resources and the poor convenience of service, which has an extremely negative impact on the development of public digital cultural undertakings. With the development of new technology represented by cloud computing, it is possible to realize the optimal allocation of public digital cultural resources and the agile personalized service of public digital culture on demand. This paper is based on the rise of cloud computing technology and the further development of public digital cultural services. This paper systematically studies public digital text from four aspects: the connotation and characteristics of public digital culture cloud service, the innovation system of public digital culture cloud service, the model of public digital culture cloud service mode and the innovation countermeasure of public digital culture cloud service. The basic theory of cloud services, It is of great significance to promote the development of public digital culture and guide public cultural institutions to carry out cloud services. The main contents of this paper are as follows: first, the connotation and characteristics of cloud service of public digital culture. On the basis of introducing cloud computing and the development of public digital culture service, this paper analyzes the motivation of the innovation of public digital culture cloud service from four aspects of politics, economy, society, science and technology, and abstracts the demand of public digital culture cloud service. Combined with the characteristics of public digital cultural service, this paper interprets the new connotation and new characteristics of public digital cultural cloud service. Second, the public digital culture cloud service innovation system research. This paper studies the composing elements of public digital culture cloud service system from five aspects: service participant, service idea, service resource and service content, service mode, service supporting technology and means. The structure of public digital culture cloud service system is constructed, and the system structure and function are analyzed. From the point of view of optimizing the allocation of public digital culture cloud resources, the standardization of cloud resources, the integration of cloud resources, the optimization of cloud resources combination, This paper analyzes the innovation process of cloud service in public digital culture from four aspects: cloud service innovation and so on. Third, the construction of cloud service model of public digital culture. On the basis of collecting the cases of the public digital culture service mode, this paper sums up the characteristics of the existing public digital culture service mode, aiming at the bottleneck of the public digital culture service and the future development trend, The aim of the public digital culture cloud service is abstracted, and the "multiple" development mode of the public digital culture cloud service is constructed according to the hierarchy and diversity of the users' needs. Fourth, the public digital culture cloud service innovation countermeasure. This paper puts forward the countermeasures to promote the innovation of public digital culture cloud service from four aspects: the innovation of service idea, the integration of public digital culture resources, the construction of characteristic resource bank, the cultivation of service team and the cultivation of users' ability.
