【摘要】：沅水流域是中華文明的發(fā)源地之一,文化底蘊深厚,文化類型多樣,沅水流域的傳統(tǒng)文化也是我們今天解讀"湖南精神"、進行生態(tài)家園建設(shè)、全面繁榮社會主義文化的重要資源和基礎(chǔ)。沅水流域的民間文化保護與傳承面臨危機,政府應(yīng)盡快出臺專門法、創(chuàng)新保護機制、推進文化資源產(chǎn)業(yè)開發(fā)性保護、加強公益性文化事業(yè)建設(shè)、開展多形式的保護與傳承教育。
[Abstract]:The Yuanshui Valley is one of the birthplaces of Chinese civilization, with profound cultural background and diverse cultural types. The traditional culture of the Yuanshui Valley is also our interpretation of the "Hunan spirit" and the construction of ecological homes today. The important resources and foundation for the overall prosperity of socialist culture. The protection and inheritance of folk culture in Yuanshui river basin are facing crisis. The government should introduce special laws, innovate the protection mechanism, promote the protection of cultural resources industry development, strengthen the construction of public welfare cultural undertakings, and carry out various forms of protection and inheritance education.
