【摘要】：正2017年5月,中共中央辦公廳、國(guó)務(wù)院辦公廳印發(fā)《關(guān)于加強(qiáng)文化領(lǐng)域行業(yè)組織建設(shè)的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》,從明確職能定位、做好培育發(fā)展工作、加強(qiáng)自身建設(shè)、強(qiáng)化規(guī)范管理、組織實(shí)施等方面提出了具體要求。《意見(jiàn)》還提出"積極發(fā)展公共文化等方面的行業(yè)組織,鼓勵(lì)民辦圖書(shū)館、博物館、美術(shù)館等社會(huì)
