【摘要】：倡導(dǎo)全民閱讀,建設(shè)"書香鄉(xiāng)村"是促進(jìn)農(nóng)村精神文明建設(shè)的有效途徑。"愛讀書、讀好書、善讀書"的良好習(xí)慣將有助于提升農(nóng)村居民的文化素養(yǎng),推動農(nóng)村地區(qū)的文化建設(shè),促進(jìn)農(nóng)村人的現(xiàn)代化。受GDP政績考核機制、市場經(jīng)濟(jì)功利化傾向的雙重影響和農(nóng)村地區(qū)公共文化基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)滯后的掣肘,"書香鄉(xiāng)村"的建設(shè)面臨諸多困境。通過引起社會各界的高度重視、拓寬資金投入渠道、發(fā)展農(nóng)村文化教育、完善公共文化服務(wù)體系,創(chuàng)建一種由政府引導(dǎo)、社會參與、多元投入的模式,能夠推動和促進(jìn)"書香鄉(xiāng)村"的建設(shè)。
[Abstract]:It is an effective way to promote the construction of spiritual civilization in rural areas by advocating people's reading and building "Shuxiang Village". " The good habit of loving reading, reading well and reading well will help to promote the cultural literacy of rural residents, promote the cultural construction in rural areas and promote the modernization of rural people. The construction of "Shuxiang Village" is faced with many difficulties due to the GDP performance assessment mechanism, the double influence of the tendency of market economy utilitarianism and the constraints of the construction of public cultural infrastructure in rural areas. By attracting great attention from all walks of life, widening the channels of capital input, developing cultural education in rural areas, perfecting the public cultural service system, and creating a model of government guidance, social participation and multi-input, Can promote and promote the construction of the "Shu Xiang Village".
