【摘要】：人水和諧是中華水文化的精髓,從歷史根基上看,它經(jīng)歷了從天人合一的宇宙意識、以人為本的人文意識再到人水和諧的水文化意識這樣一種遞進過程和邏輯層級。人水和諧的文化意識雖然古已有之,但這一理念的明確提出,一是基于當(dāng)前我國社會的現(xiàn)狀,二是我國全面建設(shè)小康社會特別是生態(tài)文明的切實需要。作為中華水文化精髓的人水和諧,其文化特征主要有核心性、概括性、發(fā)展性、民族性和積淀性等。人水和諧的實踐以及創(chuàng)新發(fā)展應(yīng)遵循以下原則:推陳出新,勇于探索;立足當(dāng)下,面向未來;多元融匯,以點帶面。
[Abstract]:The harmony between man and water is the essence of Chinese water culture. On the basis of history, it has experienced a progressive process and logical level from the universal consciousness of the unity of nature and man, the humanistic consciousness of people-oriented to the consciousness of water culture of harmony between human and water.Although the cultural consciousness of harmony between man and water has existed in ancient times, this idea is clearly put forward, one is based on the current situation of our society, the other is the practical need of building a well-off society in an all-round way, especially of ecological civilization.As the essence of Chinese water culture, the harmony between human and water is characterized by its core, generality, development, nationality and accumulation.The practice and innovative development of harmony between human and water should follow the following principles: to bring forth new from the old and to explore; to base oneself on the present and to face the future;
