【摘要】：三清山世界自然遺產(chǎn)位于江西省上饒市,是中國第7處世界自然遺產(chǎn)地。成功申遺后,三清山遺產(chǎn)旅游備受青睞同時(shí)也面臨著遺產(chǎn)開發(fā)和保護(hù)的問題。遺產(chǎn)保護(hù)講究“靜”保護(hù),強(qiáng)調(diào)保護(hù)其真實(shí)性與完整性;旅游發(fā)展講究“動(dòng)”開發(fā),開發(fā)注重利用其特有的觀賞價(jià)值。如何正確處理好長遠(yuǎn)利益與當(dāng)前利益、開發(fā)建設(shè)與資源保護(hù)、發(fā)展旅游與維護(hù)生態(tài)的關(guān)系是三清山遺產(chǎn)管理者需要認(rèn)真研究的課題。為找出符合三清山遺產(chǎn)資源保護(hù)的合理途徑,尋求三清山可持續(xù)發(fā)展的道路,本文將從以下方面進(jìn)行分析:首先,基于野外考察及相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)資料收集,對(duì)三清山的地理位置、地質(zhì)地貌、社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)開發(fā)現(xiàn)狀等全方位了解,重點(diǎn)從三清山的地質(zhì)背景闡述了其花崗巖峰林及其成因。并將資源整理分為5大類:地質(zhì)遺跡資源、花崗巖地貌、動(dòng)植物資源、氣象景觀資源、文化景觀資源。其次,對(duì)比國內(nèi)9座山岳型世界遺產(chǎn),概括出我國山岳型遺產(chǎn)的典型特征:自然生態(tài)、山岳奇觀、建筑藝術(shù)、民俗風(fēng)情和文化精華為一體,與中國儒釋道主脈文化和諧共榮。通過與國外5處花崗巖遺產(chǎn)地和國內(nèi)幾種類型的花崗巖對(duì)比分析國內(nèi)外花崗巖異同,突出三清山遺產(chǎn)價(jià)值。再次,根據(jù)申遺前后的游客數(shù)量變化、生態(tài)環(huán)境、土地利用變化分析遺產(chǎn)地開發(fā)保護(hù)現(xiàn)狀�；贗PA模型,從游客對(duì)三清山體驗(yàn)后的角度出發(fā),分析三清山開發(fā)條件,得出三清山遺產(chǎn)資源原始保存狀況良好,而基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施、管理服務(wù)有待提高。然后,基于生態(tài)位理論測算三清山周邊城市(贛東北)生態(tài)位,考核所處環(huán)境的社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)、生態(tài)環(huán)境、旅游資源與游客市場四維生態(tài)位,結(jié)果得出:三清山所在的上饒市略高其他兩市綜合生態(tài)位,區(qū)域內(nèi)部存在激烈競爭。最后,從三清山資源現(xiàn)存保護(hù)狀況、遺產(chǎn)開發(fā)條件和所處的周邊環(huán)境出發(fā),提出相應(yīng)的開發(fā)與保護(hù)措施:堅(jiān)持遺產(chǎn)的完整性和原真性原則,嚴(yán)保遺產(chǎn)本底價(jià)值;優(yōu)化管理體制,建立依托城市;從生態(tài)位錯(cuò)位策略和擴(kuò)充策略,有效整合資源優(yōu)勢(shì),提升遺產(chǎn)地知名度。
[Abstract]:Located in Shangrao, Jiangxi Province, Sanqing Mountain World Natural Heritage is the 7th World Natural Heritage site in China.After the successful application, Sanqingshan heritage tourism is favored, but also faces the problem of heritage development and protection.The protection of heritage emphasizes the protection of its authenticity and integrity, while the development of tourism emphasizes the development of "moving" and the exploitation of its unique ornamental value.How to correctly deal with the long-term and current interests, the relationship between development and construction and resource protection, and the relationship between tourism development and ecological maintenance are the issues that need to be seriously studied by the heritage managers in Sanqing Mountain.In order to find out a reasonable way to protect the heritage resources of Sanqing Mountain and find the way of sustainable development of Sanqing Mountain, this paper will analyze the following aspects: firstly, based on the field investigation and related literature collection, the geographical location of Sanqing Mountain is analyzed.Based on the comprehensive understanding of geology and geomorphology, the present situation of social and economic development, this paper expounds the granite peak forest and its origin from the geological background of Sanqing Mountain.The resources are divided into five categories: geological relic resources, granite landforms, animal and plant resources, meteorological landscape resources and cultural landscape resources.Secondly, by comparing 9 mountain type world heritage sites in China, the typical characteristics of mountain type heritage in China are summarized: natural ecology, mountain wonders, architectural art, folk customs and cultural essence, which are in harmony with Chinese Confucianism, Buddhism and Taoism culture.By comparing and analyzing the similarities and differences of granite in China and abroad with 5 sites of granite heritage and several types of granite in China, the value of Sanqing Mountain heritage is highlighted.Thirdly, according to the change of tourist quantity, ecological environment and land use change before and after the application, the present situation of heritage development and protection is analyzed.Based on the IPA model, this paper analyzes the development conditions of Sanqing Mountain from the point of view of tourists' experience of Sanqing Mountain, and concludes that the original preservation condition of Sanqing Mountain heritage resources is good, while the infrastructure and management services need to be improved.Then, based on niche theory, the ecological niche of the surrounding city of Sanqing Mountain (northeast Jiangxi) is calculated, and the social economy, ecological environment, tourism resources and four-dimensional niche of the tourist market are evaluated.The results show that Shangrao, where Sanqing Mountain is located, is slightly higher than the other two cities, and there is fierce competition within the region.Finally, starting from the existing protection situation of Sanqingshan resources, the conditions of heritage development and the surrounding environment, the corresponding development and protection measures are put forward: adhering to the principle of integrity and authenticity of heritage, strictly protecting the value of heritage background, optimizing the management system,Establish relying cities, from niche dislocation strategy and expansion strategy, effectively integrate resource advantages, enhance the visibility of heritage.
