【摘要】：該文闡述了文化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)市場(chǎng)存在消費(fèi)意愿與消費(fèi)能力的矛盾、市場(chǎng)供給結(jié)構(gòu)與需求結(jié)構(gòu)的矛盾、產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)方式與市場(chǎng)組織方式的矛盾�；诋a(chǎn)業(yè)政策有效性的視角,分析論證了由于政策的片面性、政策的錯(cuò)配和政策錯(cuò)位導(dǎo)致文化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)市場(chǎng)的供求矛盾。并提出構(gòu)建兼顧文化產(chǎn)品和服務(wù)供求雙方的政策體系、發(fā)揮市場(chǎng)在資源配置中的基礎(chǔ)作用、構(gòu)建有序的生產(chǎn)要素市場(chǎng)體系是解決市場(chǎng)供求矛盾的有效路徑。
[Abstract]:This paper expounds the contradiction between consumption will and consumption ability in the market of cultural products and services, the contradiction between the structure of market supply and demand, the contradiction between the mode of production of products and the way of market organization, based on the angle of view of the effectiveness of industrial policy. Because of the one-sidedness of the policy, the mismatch of the policy and the mismatch of the policy lead to the contradiction between the supply and demand of the cultural product and service market, and the policy system is put forward to give consideration to the supply and demand of the cultural product and service. It is an effective way to solve the contradiction of market supply and demand to give full play to the basic role of market in the allocation of resources and to construct an orderly market system of factors of production.
