【摘要】：21世紀(jì)的后半期,人類進(jìn)入了一個快速發(fā)展的時期,世界各國之間的競爭以及發(fā)展程度和速度的相互比較,除了政治、經(jīng)濟(jì)、軍事、科技等硬實(shí)力外,文化這種軟實(shí)力也成了一個國家評定綜合國力、整體實(shí)力的一個重要指標(biāo)。因此,要不斷提升我國的國際地位,使我們在競爭中始終立于不敗之地,在抓經(jīng)濟(jì)、政治、軍事等硬實(shí)力建設(shè)的同時,不斷發(fā)展和提升文化軟實(shí)力就顯得十分重要而且相當(dāng)緊迫。文化軟實(shí)力是一個國家或地區(qū)在本國文化的基礎(chǔ)上所具有的生命力、創(chuàng)新力、凝聚力和傳播力,以及在此基礎(chǔ)上而產(chǎn)生的感召力和影響力的總和。它主要內(nèi)容包括了中國傳統(tǒng)歷史文化的保存和有效傳播,中國發(fā)展模式的不斷完善,中國民族意識形態(tài)的形成和認(rèn)同,良好的國際形象口碑的樹立和維護(hù)等方面。就目前現(xiàn)狀而言,我國在發(fā)展文化軟實(shí)力方面雖然做了大量的工作,但是,也有許多需要進(jìn)一步完善和發(fā)展的地方。本文主要通過對國內(nèi)外文化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的綜合分析,指出提升文化軟實(shí)力的必要性和重要性,并對其路徑進(jìn)行了分析。
[Abstract]:In the second half of the 21st century, mankind has entered a period of rapid development. The competition among countries in the world, as well as the comparison of the degree and speed of development, in addition to hard power such as politics, economy, military, science and technology, The soft power of culture has also become an important indicator for a country to assess its overall national strength and overall strength. Therefore, it is necessary to continuously upgrade our country's international position so that we can always remain invincible in the competition and grasp the economy and politics. At the same time, the development and promotion of cultural soft power is very important and urgent. Cultural soft power is the vitality and innovation of a country or region on the basis of its own culture. Cohesion and communication, and the sum of the appeal and influence generated on this basis. Its main contents include the preservation and effective dissemination of Chinese traditional history and culture, and the continuous improvement of China's development model. The formation and identification of Chinese national ideology, the establishment and maintenance of a good international image and reputation, etc. As far as the present situation is concerned, although China has done a great deal of work in developing cultural soft power, however, There are also many areas that need to be further improved and developed. This paper points out the necessity and importance of promoting cultural soft power through the comprehensive analysis of the present situation of cultural development at home and abroad, and analyzes its path.
