陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展研究

【摘要】:陜西省擁有豐富的文化旅游資源稟賦,具備良好的產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展基礎(chǔ),市場前景十分廣闊,但受制于體制機(jī)制等因素影響,陜西作為文化旅游資源大省尚未轉(zhuǎn)化成文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)大省,文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展與市場需求相比、與周邊省份相比,都存在著很大差距。因而,本研究具有重大的理論意義和現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。 本文以經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)理論為基礎(chǔ),運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)分析法、定性分析與定量分析相結(jié)合等研究方法,以陜西省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展為研究對象,對論題進(jìn)行深入研究。分析認(rèn)為,地區(qū)生產(chǎn)總值、高速公路通車?yán)锍、教育支出、客運(yùn)量等對陜西文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展有重大影響。 本文的主要結(jié)論: 首先,通過對陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀分析,找出其在發(fā)展過程中存在的問題,即文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)整體水平較低,對經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的貢獻(xiàn)是不夠的;文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的機(jī)制不夠順暢;文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的領(lǐng)域不夠?qū)拸V,形式不夠多樣;文化旅游營銷推介缺乏特色,力度不大;文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展缺乏大企業(yè)、大集團(tuán)引領(lǐng);高端復(fù)合型人才嚴(yán)重缺乏。 其次,選取合適的指標(biāo),運(yùn)用灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析模型,分析了陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的影響因素,不同指標(biāo)對陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的影響程度不同。根據(jù)上述灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析,提出陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展思路。在陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展過程中,要注重和地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)、基礎(chǔ)交通設(shè)施的完善程度、可用人才的數(shù)目同步發(fā)展趨勢。 最后,根據(jù)陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的實(shí)際情況,提出陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的開發(fā)重點(diǎn),即:重點(diǎn)項(xiàng)目、重點(diǎn)旅游產(chǎn)品、重點(diǎn)線路及促進(jìn)文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議。 本文結(jié)構(gòu)安排共分為七章。第一章,緒論;第二章,國內(nèi)外研究綜述;第三章,陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀分析;第四章,陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展影響因素的灰色關(guān)聯(lián)分析;第五章,陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展設(shè)想;第六章,促進(jìn)陜西省文化旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的政策建議;第七章,結(jié)論。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Province has abundant cultural tourism resource endowment, has good industrial development foundation, the market prospect is very broad, but is limited by the system mechanism and so on factor influence, Shaanxi, as a big province of cultural tourism resources, has not yet been transformed into a large province of cultural tourism industry. Compared with the market demand and the market demand, there is a big gap between the cultural tourism industry and the surrounding provinces. This study has great theoretical and practical significance. Based on the theory of economics, this paper uses the methods of literature analysis, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, and takes the development of cultural industry in Shaanxi Province as the research object. Highway mileage, education expenditure and passenger volume have great influence on the development of Shaanxi cultural tourism industry. The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:. First of all, by analyzing the current situation of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province, we find out the existing problems in the process of its development, that is, the overall level of cultural tourism industry is low, and the contribution to economic development is not enough; The mechanism of cultural tourism industry is not smooth enough; the field of cultural tourism industry is not broad enough, the form is not diverse enough; the cultural tourism marketing promotion lacks the characteristic, the dynamics is not enough, the cultural tourism industry development lacks the big enterprise, the big group leads; There is a serious shortage of high-end compound talents. Secondly, selecting suitable indexes and applying grey relational analysis model, this paper analyzes the factors influencing the development of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province, and the influence degree of different indicators on the cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province is different. In the process of development of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province, attention should be paid to the degree of perfection of regional economy, basic transportation facilities and the number of available talents. Finally, according to the actual situation of the development of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province, this paper puts forward the key points of the development of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province, that is, key projects, key tourism products, key routes and policy suggestions for promoting the development of cultural tourism industry. The structure of this paper is divided into seven chapters. Chapter one, introduction; Chapter two, domestic and foreign research overview; Chapter III, Shaanxi Province cultural tourism industry development status analysis; chapter 4th, The grey correlation analysis of the factors influencing the development of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province; chapter 5th, the tentative ideas of the development of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province; chapter 6th, policy recommendations to promote the development of cultural tourism industry in Shaanxi Province; chapter 7th, conclusion.
