【摘要】：文化是一個(gè)國(guó)家民族精神、民族凝聚力和創(chuàng)造力的動(dòng)力和不竭源泉。未來(lái)世界國(guó)際間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)將會(huì)日趨激烈,而文化元素在其中的參與度也必將有所提高,文化在一個(gè)國(guó)家綜合國(guó)力競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中的地位和作用將會(huì)更加凸顯。當(dāng)代中國(guó)進(jìn)入了深化改革開(kāi)放、加快轉(zhuǎn)變經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的攻堅(jiān)時(shí)期和全面建設(shè)小康社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵時(shí)期,文化產(chǎn)業(yè)己成為現(xiàn)代經(jīng)濟(jì)的重要支柱,成為一國(guó)綜合國(guó)力的重要標(biāo)志,成為國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)的新增長(zhǎng)點(diǎn)。因此,如何加快文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展已經(jīng)成為各國(guó)及其地方政府加速社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的一個(gè)不容忽視的問(wèn)題。我國(guó)政府順應(yīng)時(shí)代潮流,為滿足人民群眾日益增長(zhǎng)的精神文化需求,在黨的十七大報(bào)告中明確指出“提高國(guó)家文化軟實(shí)力,加快文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展”的戰(zhàn)略要求。中國(guó)文化建設(shè)由過(guò)去單一的福利性“文化事業(yè)”,向市場(chǎng)性的“文化產(chǎn)業(yè)”和公共性的“文化事業(yè)”發(fā)展。文化產(chǎn)業(yè)在經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展中的地位與作用日漸凸顯,成為建設(shè)社會(huì)主義文化強(qiáng)國(guó)的重要內(nèi)容之一。在此基礎(chǔ)上,甘肅要提高省際間的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力、提升文化軟實(shí)力、實(shí)現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式的優(yōu)化轉(zhuǎn)型,就必須要大力發(fā)展文化產(chǎn)業(yè)。本文分為四個(gè)部分來(lái)闡述這個(gè)問(wèn)題,第一個(gè)部分是闡述馬克思主義文化理論和文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的主要內(nèi)容；第二個(gè)部分是概述我國(guó)文化產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的歷程；第三個(gè)部分是講述甘肅省文化產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、存在的問(wèn)題以及對(duì)策建議；第四部分是闡述對(duì)甘肅文化傳承與創(chuàng)新的研究。
[Abstract]:Culture is a spirit of the nation, the power source of national cohesion and creativity and endless. Future international competition will be increasingly fierce, and the cultural elements in the participation will be improved, and the role of culture in a national comprehensive national strength competition status will become more prominent. The contemporary Chinese entered deepen the reform and opening up, a critical period to accelerate transformation of the mode of economic development and a crucial period of building a well-off society, the cultural industry has become the pillar of modern economy, become an important symbol of a country's comprehensive national strength, become a new growth point of national economy. Therefore, how to accelerate the development of cultural industry has become a national and local governments to speed up a the problem can not be ignored in the development of social economy. The Chinese government follow the trend of the times, to meet the people's growing spiritual and cultural needs, at the party's ten The report clearly pointed out that "enhance the national cultural soft power strategy, accelerate the development of cultural industry". China cultural construction from the past welfare "single culture", to the development of the market of the "cultural industry" and "public cultural undertakings". The status and role of cultural industry in the economic and social development increasingly prominent, has become one of the important content of the construction of socialist cultural power. On this basis, Gansu should improve inter provincial competitiveness, enhance cultural soft power, to realize the optimization of the transformation of economic development, we must vigorously develop the cultural industry. This paper is divided into four parts to explain the problem, the first part is mainly elaborated the content of Marx's cultural theory and cultural industries; the second part is on the process of China's cultural industry development; the third part is about the culture of Gansu province. The development of the industry, the existing problems and countermeasures and suggestions; the fourth part is to elaborate on the study of Gansu cultural heritage and innovation.
