【摘要】：工業(yè)革命的爆發(fā)，推動(dòng)了生產(chǎn)力的迅速發(fā)展，在豐富人類(lèi)物質(zhì)生活的同時(shí)，也給自然造成了極大的破壞。為了應(yīng)對(duì)日益嚴(yán)重的生態(tài)危機(jī)，必須在文化深層次進(jìn)行改革，改變以人類(lèi)為中心的文化觀念，大力建設(shè)生態(tài)文化，重新建立人與自然的和諧關(guān)系。 本文將在第一部分對(duì)生態(tài)文化的概念、內(nèi)容層次以及特征進(jìn)行闡述，并對(duì)生態(tài)文化以及生態(tài)文明進(jìn)行辨析。生態(tài)文化是一種以生態(tài)學(xué)及生態(tài)世界觀為基礎(chǔ)，以生態(tài)價(jià)值為取向的新型文化體系，它將科學(xué)文化與人文文化有機(jī)結(jié)合，，既關(guān)注人類(lèi)對(duì)于自然的能動(dòng)性，也注重尊重自然的客觀性，承認(rèn)自然價(jià)值，主張人與自然和諧共處。生態(tài)文化的內(nèi)容主要體現(xiàn)在物質(zhì)層次、制度層次與精神層次三個(gè)方面。 第二部分將對(duì)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)我國(guó)生態(tài)文化建設(shè)的理論根據(jù)進(jìn)行探索。我國(guó)生態(tài)文化建設(shè)以馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家的生態(tài)思想為指導(dǎo)，以中國(guó)傳統(tǒng)文化中樸素的生態(tài)智慧為啟示，直接依據(jù)中國(guó)共產(chǎn)黨歷代領(lǐng)導(dǎo)集體的生態(tài)思想，吸收借鑒西方生態(tài)思想，推進(jìn)我國(guó)生態(tài)文化事業(yè)不斷發(fā)展。 第三部分將對(duì)改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)我國(guó)生態(tài)文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行分析。首先對(duì)取得的成績(jī)進(jìn)行總結(jié)，發(fā)現(xiàn)其中存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行梳理，并分析其原因。對(duì)于如何建設(shè)生態(tài)文化，我國(guó)進(jìn)行了長(zhǎng)期的探索，并取得了一定的成績(jī)，但同時(shí)也存在許多問(wèn)題，分析其中的原因有利于在新時(shí)期進(jìn)一步完善生態(tài)文化建設(shè)，推動(dòng)我國(guó)生態(tài)文化建設(shè)事業(yè)不斷向前。 第四部分將對(duì)進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)我國(guó)生態(tài)文化建設(shè)路徑進(jìn)行分析。生態(tài)文化建設(shè)必須以馬克思主義為指導(dǎo)，在科學(xué)發(fā)展觀的引領(lǐng)下，以實(shí)現(xiàn)“兩型社會(huì)”建設(shè)生態(tài)文明為目標(biāo)。加強(qiáng)生態(tài)文化理論研究，提高生態(tài)文化建設(shè)的科學(xué)性和實(shí)踐性，通過(guò)不斷完善生態(tài)文化建設(shè)保障制度，才能有力推進(jìn)我國(guó)生態(tài)文化建設(shè)事業(yè)。同時(shí)，也要加大生態(tài)文化宣傳力度，形成全民參與生態(tài)文化建設(shè)的意識(shí)。
[Abstract]:The outbreak of the industrial revolution has promoted the rapid development of productive forces, while enriching the material life of mankind, has also caused great damage to nature. In order to cope with the increasingly serious ecological crisis, it is necessary to carry out reforms at a deep level in culture. To change the cultural concept of human being, to construct ecological culture and to re-establish the harmonious relationship between man and nature. In the first part of this paper, the concept, content level and characteristics of ecological culture are expounded, and ecological culture and ecological civilization are analyzed. Ecological culture is based on ecology and ecological world view. The new cultural system, which is oriented on ecological value, combines science and culture with human culture organically. It not only pays attention to the initiative of human beings towards nature, but also respects the objectivity of nature, and recognizes the value of nature. The content of ecological culture is mainly embodied in three aspects: material level, system level and spirit level. The second part will explore the theoretical basis of ecological culture construction in China since the reform and opening up. The ecological culture construction of our country is guided by the ecological thoughts of Marxist classical writers and inspired by the simple ecological wisdom in Chinese traditional culture. According to the ecological thought of the leading collectives of the Communist Party of China, the ecological thought of the western countries should be absorbed and used for reference to promote the development of the ecological culture in China. The third part will analyze the current situation of ecological culture construction in China since the reform and opening up. Firstly, it summarizes the achievements, finds out the existing problems, and analyzes the reasons. Our country has carried on the long-term exploration, and has obtained certain achievement, but at the same time also has many problems, the analysis among them is advantageous to further consummates the ecological culture construction in the new period, promotes our country ecology culture construction enterprise to advance unceasingly. Part 4th will analyze the way to further strengthen the construction of ecological culture in China. The construction of ecological culture must be guided by Marxism and guided by the scientific concept of development. In order to realize the construction of ecological civilization in "two-oriented society", we should strengthen the research of ecological culture theory, improve the scientific and practical nature of ecological culture construction, and improve the guarantee system of ecological culture construction. At the same time, it is necessary to strengthen the propaganda of ecological culture and form the consciousness of the whole people to participate in the construction of ecological culture.
