陜西省文化創(chuàng)意人才激勵研究

【摘要】:文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是在知識經(jīng)濟這一背景下發(fā)展起來的,是一種以創(chuàng)新為核心,強調(diào)文化對經(jīng)濟的支持與推動作用的新興理念。在全球化趨勢不斷加強,國際間競爭日益激烈的今天,創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的規(guī)模和程度,已經(jīng)成為衡量一個國家或地區(qū)綜合競爭力的重要指標之一。創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的本質(zhì)是以智力資源為依托的知識經(jīng)濟,是文化在精神產(chǎn)品與物質(zhì)產(chǎn)品領(lǐng)域的創(chuàng)造力。因此,文化創(chuàng)意人才是創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的核心資源和財富源泉,對文化創(chuàng)意人才的激勵研究對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和文化建設有著舉足輕重的作用。本文以陜西省的文化創(chuàng)意人才為研究對象,在綜述國內(nèi)外文化創(chuàng)意人才的相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,系統(tǒng)全面地總結(jié)了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)和文化創(chuàng)意人才的概念、特征。從政府層面和企業(yè)層面兩方面入手,對創(chuàng)意人才的宏觀激勵因素和微觀激勵因素進行分析、總結(jié);最后,通過對陜西省創(chuàng)意人才的隊伍現(xiàn)狀和激勵現(xiàn)狀研究分析,構(gòu)建了陜西省創(chuàng)意人才全面激勵模式,并提出了相應的激勵策略。本文著重對陜西省創(chuàng)意人才的宏觀激勵現(xiàn)狀和微觀激勵現(xiàn)狀存在的問題進行了深入的探析,從宏觀社會層面和微觀企業(yè)層面出發(fā),提出了陜西省創(chuàng)意人才激勵模式實施的具體策略。本文根據(jù)陜西省創(chuàng)意人才特有的需求特征,構(gòu)建了宏觀激勵和微觀激勵相結(jié)合的全面激勵模式,克服了以往研究中激勵手段單一、不全面的弊端,并提出了具體的創(chuàng)意人才激勵策略,為陜西省政府和企業(yè)的創(chuàng)意人才激勵提供參考。
[Abstract]:Cultural creative industry is developed under the background of knowledge economy. It is a new concept with innovation as the core and emphasizes the role of culture in supporting and promoting the economy. With the increasingly fierce international competition, the scale and extent of the development of creative industry has become one of the important indicators to measure the comprehensive competitiveness of a country or region. The essence of creative industry is a knowledge-based economy based on intellectual resources. Is the creativity of culture in the field of spiritual and material products. Therefore, cultural creative talents are the core resources and source of wealth for creative industries. The research on the motivation of cultural and creative talents plays an important role in the economic development and cultural construction of creative industries. This paper takes the cultural creative talents of Shaanxi Province as the research object, on the basis of summarizing the relevant theories of cultural and creative talents at home and abroad. The concept and characteristics of creative industry and cultural creative talents are summarized systematically and comprehensively. From the two aspects of government and enterprise, the macro and micro incentive factors of creative talents are analyzed and summarized. Based on the research and analysis of the current situation of creative talents in Shaanxi Province, this paper constructs a comprehensive incentive model of creative talents in Shaanxi Province. This paper focuses on the macro incentive and micro incentive problems of creative talents in Shaanxi Province, starting from the macro social level and micro enterprise level. According to the special demand characteristics of creative talents in Shaanxi Province, this paper constructs a comprehensive incentive model combining macro and micro incentives. It overcomes the disadvantages of single and incomplete incentive means in previous researches, and puts forward specific creative talents incentive strategies, which provides a reference for Shaanxi provincial government and enterprises to encourage creative talents.
