【摘要】：紅色文化是先進文化的重要組成部分，充分發(fā)揮紅色文化在先進文化建設(shè)中的作用，是時代賦予的使命。黨的十八大報告中提出“全面建成小康社會，實現(xiàn)中華民族偉大復(fù)興，必須推動社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮，建設(shè)社會主義文化強國�！痹诋�(dāng)前社會主義先進文化建設(shè)的時代背景下，以紅色文化的文化力量，加強社會主義核心價值體系建設(shè)，推動社會主義文化大發(fā)展大繁榮，建設(shè)社會主義文化強國，是中國特色社會主義文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)在要求。黑龍江省紅色文化作為整個紅色文化體系中的一部分，紅色文化資源十分豐富。從先進文化建設(shè)和紅色文化建設(shè)的視角，對黑龍江省紅色文化建設(shè)進行深入研究，，對于推進黑龍江省文化的大發(fā)展、大繁榮必將起到重要的推動作用。 本論文首先對先進文化建設(shè)及紅色文化進行概念界定，闡釋紅色文化的內(nèi)涵、特點、功能、類型以及紅色文化是先進文化的重要組成部分，闡述黑龍江省紅色文化形成的歷史進程、內(nèi)涵及其特色。通過對當(dāng)前黑龍江省紅色文化建設(shè)主要內(nèi)容、基本要求以及取得的成績和存在的問題進行深刻分析，闡述黑龍江省紅色文化建設(shè)堅持的指導(dǎo)思想、遵循的基本原則以及建設(shè)過程中需要處理好的關(guān)系，探索加強黑龍江省紅色文化建設(shè)的有效途徑。由于地域等條件的影響，黑龍江省紅色文化建設(shè)要從打造紅色文化品牌、整合紅色文化資源使其做大做強，并且要為黑龍江人民道德建設(shè)提供思想文化資源的思路，增強其紅色文化的引導(dǎo)力、吸引力、影響力和發(fā)展力，探索內(nèi)涵和外延并重發(fā)展的黑龍江省紅色文化建設(shè)之路。
[Abstract]:Red culture is an important part of advanced culture. It is the mission given by the times to give full play to the role of red culture in the construction of advanced culture. We must promote the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and build a socialist cultural power. "against the background of the current socialist advanced cultural construction, we must strengthen the construction of the socialist core value system with the cultural strength of the red culture," he said. Promoting the great development and prosperity of socialist culture and building a socialist cultural power are the inherent requirements of the construction of socialist culture with Chinese characteristics. The red culture of Heilongjiang Province is a part of the whole red cultural system. Red cultural resources are very rich. From the perspective of advanced cultural construction and red cultural construction, the in-depth study of red cultural construction in Heilongjiang Province will play an important role in promoting the great development and prosperity of Heilongjiang culture. This paper first defines the concept of advanced culture construction and red culture, explains the connotation, characteristics, functions, types and types of red culture is an important part of advanced culture. This paper expounds the historical process, connotation and characteristics of the formation of red culture in Heilongjiang Province. Through the deep analysis of the main contents, basic requirements, achievements and existing problems of the red culture construction in Heilongjiang Province at present, This paper expounds the guiding ideology of the construction of red culture in Heilongjiang Province, the basic principles to be followed and the relations to be dealt with in the process of construction, and explores the effective ways to strengthen the construction of red culture in Heilongjiang Province, due to the influence of regional conditions, etc. The construction of red culture in Heilongjiang Province should be based on creating the brand of red culture, integrating the resources of red culture to make it bigger and stronger, and providing the idea of ideological and cultural resources for the moral construction of Heilongjiang people, so as to enhance the guiding power and attraction of its red culture. Influence and development, explore the connotation and extension of the development of Heilongjiang red culture construction road.
