【摘要】：我國發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)和建設(shè)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的歷史都比較短,而積極建設(shè)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園,大力發(fā)展文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)是我國新一輪產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整所面臨的重要課題。今天的創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園既是文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)的創(chuàng)新場,也是高技術(shù)產(chǎn)業(yè)的孵化地。目前,我國創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的質(zhì)量遠遠落后于數(shù)量,造成了文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展問題重重。本文以南京1865創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園為例,以態(tài)勢分析法分析創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展環(huán)境。在理論分析、案例對比分析的基礎(chǔ)上,提出南京1865文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展對策。本文首先對國內(nèi)外研究創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展和文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚的相關(guān)文獻進行了梳理,繼而從界定文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)基本概念和分類、文化創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園定義的基礎(chǔ)上對國內(nèi)創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題進行了分析,其中對本文的研究目標——1865創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀和問題進行了重點分析。在對1865創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園進行案例分析的過程中,本文依據(jù)邁克爾·波特的價值鏈理論結(jié)合其關(guān)于產(chǎn)業(yè)集群競爭力的鉆石模型對創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園競爭力模型進行了創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計。據(jù)此為理論基礎(chǔ),結(jié)合創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園競爭力模型中所涉及的外部因素和內(nèi)部因素,筆者運用SWOT態(tài)勢分析方法對1865創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園進行了分析。結(jié)合SWOT矩陣分析法,面對不同的問題提出了創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園發(fā)展的不同策略。此外,本文還通過案例對比分析研究方法對兩個經(jīng)典案例進行了分析,總結(jié)出了可供1865創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園借鑒的有益經(jīng)驗。最后,在SWOT矩陣分析和案例對比分析基礎(chǔ)之上,筆者從政府部門、運營商、內(nèi)部企業(yè)三個層面對如何發(fā)展創(chuàng)意產(chǎn)業(yè)園提出了相應(yīng)對策與建議。
[Abstract]:The history of developing cultural and creative industries and constructing creative industrial parks in China is relatively short. Vigorously developing cultural and creative industries is an important subject in the new round of industrial restructuring in China. Today's creative industrial parks are not only the innovation field of cultural and creative industries, but also the incubators of high-tech industries. At present, The quality of creative industry parks in our country lags far behind the quantity, which results in a lot of problems in the development of cultural and creative industry parks. This paper takes Nanjing 1865 creative industry park as an example, analyzes the development environment of creative industry parks by situational analysis, and analyzes the development environment of creative industry parks in theory. On the basis of comparative analysis of cases, this paper puts forward the development countermeasures of Nanjing 1865 Cultural and Creative Industry Park. Firstly, this paper combs the relevant literature on the development of creative industry park and cultural and creative industry agglomeration at home and abroad. On the basis of defining the basic concept and classification of cultural creative industry and the definition of cultural creative industry park, this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of the development of domestic creative industry park. Among them, this paper focuses on the development status and problems of the 1865 creative industry park. In the process of the case study of the 1865 creative industry park, This paper, based on Michael Porter's value chain theory and its diamond model on the competitiveness of industrial clusters, designs the creative industry park competitiveness model. Combined with the external and internal factors involved in the competitiveness model of creative industrial parks, the author uses the SWOT situation analysis method to analyze 1865 creative industry parks. In the face of different problems, different strategies for the development of creative industry parks are put forward. In addition, this paper analyzes two classic cases by means of comparative analysis of cases, and sums up some useful experiences that can be used for reference in 1865 creative industry parks. On the basis of SWOT matrix analysis and case comparative analysis, the author puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on how to develop creative industry park from three aspects of government department, operator and internal enterprise.
