【摘要】：貧困問題是世界性的社會(huì)問題之一,是包含經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會(huì)、文化落后的綜合性社會(huì)現(xiàn)象。物質(zhì)扶貧與文化扶貧是脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的一體兩翼,物質(zhì)扶貧是擺脫貧困的基本策略,文化扶貧是擺脫貧困的深層手段和根本策略。如何促進(jìn)現(xiàn)有貧困人口逐步脫貧并保證脫貧人口不再返貧,越來越為社會(huì)各界所重視,其中文化扶貧以尊重和發(fā)揮人的主觀能動(dòng)性、培養(yǎng)人的自我發(fā)展能力為出發(fā)點(diǎn)與旨?xì)w,將與物質(zhì)脫貧的舉措緊密關(guān)聯(lián),共同發(fā)力。文章提出重視既具有"他者"身份又具有"本己"身份的"故鄉(xiāng)人"對農(nóng)村文化扶貧所能發(fā)揮的重要作用,將"故鄉(xiāng)人"對家鄉(xiāng)的反哺視為農(nóng)村文化扶貧的路徑之一。
[Abstract]:Poverty is one of the world's social problems and a comprehensive social phenomenon that includes economic, social and cultural backwardness. Material poverty alleviation and cultural poverty alleviation are two wings of the fight against poverty, and material poverty alleviation is the basic strategy for escaping poverty. Cultural poverty alleviation is a deep means and fundamental strategy to get rid of poverty. How to promote the existing poor population to extricate themselves from poverty gradually and ensure that the poverty relief population does not return to poverty is paid more and more attention to by all walks of life in society. Among them, cultural poverty alleviation is based on respecting and giving play to the subjective initiative of human beings, and cultivating people's self-development ability as the starting point and aim, which will be closely related to the measures of material poverty alleviation. The article puts forward the importance of attaching importance to the important role of "native people", who have the identity of "other" and "own", in helping the poor of rural culture. Regard "hometown people" as one of the ways to alleviate poverty in rural culture.
