【摘要】：文化創(chuàng)意和設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)是高技術(shù)密集型和高層次人才密集型的產(chǎn)業(yè)領(lǐng)域,具有附加值高和融合能力強(qiáng)等特征,推進(jìn)文化創(chuàng)意和設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)與制造業(yè)的全面、深入融合,將對促進(jìn)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展方式轉(zhuǎn)變、推動(dòng)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)升級具有重要意義。文章以遼寧省為例,首先分析文化創(chuàng)意和設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)與制造業(yè)融合發(fā)展的機(jī)理。其次從產(chǎn)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)、人才資源與制度保障等層面分析文化創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)與制造業(yè)融合的基礎(chǔ)。然后探討推進(jìn)產(chǎn)業(yè)融合的三種模式,最后著重分析推進(jìn)遼寧文化創(chuàng)意設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)與制造業(yè)融合的實(shí)施路徑,即發(fā)揮文化創(chuàng)意和設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)的先導(dǎo)產(chǎn)業(yè)作用、培育市場體制基礎(chǔ)、推動(dòng)產(chǎn)業(yè)集聚、發(fā)揮遼寧自由貿(mào)易試驗(yàn)園區(qū)的先行先試效應(yīng)和結(jié)合《中國制造2025遼寧行動(dòng)綱要》推進(jìn)融合。
[Abstract]:Cultural creativity and design services are high technology intensive and high level talent intensive industries, with the characteristics of high value-added and strong integration ability, to promote cultural creativity and design services and manufacturing industry in an all-round way. Further integration will promote the transformation of the mode of economic development and promote the upgrading of economic structure. This paper takes Liaoning Province as an example. Firstly, it analyzes the mechanism of cultural creativity, design service and manufacturing industry integration and development. Secondly, it analyzes the industrial foundation. This paper analyzes the basis of the fusion of cultural and creative design and manufacturing industry from the aspects of human resources and system guarantee, and then discusses the three modes of promoting industrial convergence. Finally, the paper analyzes the implementation path to promote the integration of cultural and creative design services and manufacturing industry in Liaoning Province, that is, to play the leading role of cultural creativity and design services, cultivate the market institutional basis, and promote industrial agglomeration. Give full play to the pilot effect of Liaoning Free Trade Test Park and promote integration with Liaoning Action Plan 2025 made in China.
