【摘要】：農村建設在我國歷史久遠。近些年來,黨高度重視農村的文化建設,因此,農村建設再度成為人們關注的熱點。文化建設在農村建設中具有重要作用�，F階段,新農村建設主要是針對經濟領域的建設,國家著力提高農民收入,但要想實現全面發(fā)展,只關注農村經濟的發(fā)展是盲目的,同時也要關注農村文化、政治的發(fā)展。因為經濟建設、政治建設和社會建設都需要相應的文化基礎的支撐,這是人類社會發(fā)展的歷史一再證明了的。歷史上,封建統(tǒng)治者在階級矛盾尖銳時,運用文化的教化功能,推行輕徭薄賦的政策,取得了良好的效果。新中國成立后,中國共產黨領導人民開展了多種多樣的農村文化建設運動,這些多樣的且通俗易懂的文化豐富了農村文化活動,安定了人心,凝聚了力量。改革開放以來,伴隨著中國經濟的發(fā)展,現代化建設的展開,農村建設得到國家的高度重視,農村的經濟取得了快速的增長,隨之而產生的是農民生活水平及質量的大大進步,至此,農村文化建設事業(yè)進入新的發(fā)展階段。本文以農村文化建設研究現狀為基礎,闡述了農村文化建設的歷程,并分析了每個歷史時期農村文化建設的特點,全文從四個部分進行了探討。第一部分:闡述了當今農村文化建設的研究現狀,包括對農村基本情況研究和專題對農村文化建設研究的現狀分析,著重分析了近幾年的研究成果,這些都成為了本論文的理論支撐。第二部分:闡述了當今中國農村文化建設的理論基礎,以文化的內涵為切入點,按照文化、農村文化、農村文化建設的邏輯順序,具體闡述每個名次的涵義,歸納特點,進而闡述農村文化建設的必要性,這些是本論文的理論依據。第三部分:闡述了新中國成立后的農村文化建設,這一時期又分為三個階段,分別是:新中國成立到1956年、1956年至1982年,改革開放以來。本文詳細闡述了每個階段的農村文化建設的特點,為當今中國的農村文化建設提供有益的借鑒作用。第四部分:闡述了建國后的農村文化建設對當今我國農村文化建設的啟示,以及當前我國農村文化建設的出路。主要包括要充分發(fā)揮政府在農村文化建設中的主導作用,同時必須毫不動搖的堅持農民在農村文化建設中的主體地位。要把社會主義核心價值觀的價值引領放在首位;要把強化政府在農村文化事業(yè)和文化產業(yè)作為主要著力點;更要把提高農民的素質作為主要落腳點。

The first part describes the current situation of rural cultural construction, including the basic situation of rural research and special research on the status of rural cultural construction. Focus on the analysis of research results in recent years, these have become the theoretical support of this paper. The second part: the theoretical basis of the construction of Chinese rural culture, cultural connotation as the breakthrough point, according to culture. Rural culture, the logical sequence of rural cultural construction, the specific meaning of each rank, summed up the characteristics, and then elaborated the necessity of rural cultural construction. These are the theoretical basis of this paper. The third part: elaborated the new China after the establishment of rural cultural construction, this period is divided into three stages, respectively: the founding of New China to 1956. From 1956 to 1982, since the reform and opening up, this paper elaborates the characteristics of each stage of rural cultural construction. Part 4th: expounds the enlightenment of the rural cultural construction after the founding of the people's Republic of China to the rural cultural construction of our country. At the same time, we must unswervingly adhere to the main position of farmers in the construction of rural culture, and put the value of socialist core values in the first place; To strengthen the government in rural cultural undertakings and cultural industries as the main focus; To improve the quality of farmers as the main foothold.
