【摘要】：進(jìn)入"十三五",文化產(chǎn)業(yè)被賦予國民經(jīng)濟(jì)支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)的戰(zhàn)略期待,但開局之年的增長呈現(xiàn)低緩甚至停滯的現(xiàn)象,傳統(tǒng)經(jīng)濟(jì)紅利消減現(xiàn)象同樣應(yīng)驗(yàn)在了文化產(chǎn)業(yè)上。同時(shí),在文化體制改革進(jìn)程中占有規(guī)模龐大優(yōu)質(zhì)資產(chǎn)并曾經(jīng)發(fā)揮了顯著產(chǎn)業(yè)效益的國有文化企業(yè),近些年來資產(chǎn)收益率大幅下滑。危機(jī)也是轉(zhuǎn)機(jī),受舊經(jīng)濟(jì)與舊體制困擾的中國文化產(chǎn)業(yè)逐漸顯露新經(jīng)濟(jì)的曙光,文化服務(wù)業(yè)全面開花,與新技術(shù)和新興消費(fèi)關(guān)聯(lián)的文化行業(yè)呈現(xiàn)超高速增長的良好勢(shì)頭,政企合作的長效文化經(jīng)濟(jì)模式長足發(fā)展,文化體制改革著眼文化經(jīng)濟(jì)"雙效"協(xié)同。
[Abstract]:With the entry of the 13th Five-Year Plan, the cultural industry is endowed with the strategic expectation of the pillar industries of the national economy, but the growth of the opening year shows a slow or even stagnant phenomenon. At the same time, in the process of cultural system reform, state-owned cultural enterprises, which have occupied a large scale of high-quality assets and have played a significant industrial efficiency. In recent years, the rate of return on assets has fallen sharply. The crisis is also a turning point. The Chinese cultural industry, troubled by the old economy and the old system, gradually reveals the dawn of the new economy, and the cultural service industry blooms in an all-round way. The cultural industry associated with new technology and new consumption has shown a good momentum of super-high growth, the long-term cultural economic model of government and enterprise cooperation has developed rapidly, and the cultural system reform has focused on the "double effect" coordination of cultural economy.
