【摘要】：研究比較了全國31個(gè)省級行政區(qū)在公共文化服務(wù)機(jī)構(gòu)、服務(wù)產(chǎn)品、服務(wù)活動(dòng)、服務(wù)享用等方面的差異,從政策環(huán)境、經(jīng)費(fèi)投入和人才隊(duì)伍等方面分析了我國公共文化服務(wù)區(qū)域性差異的成因,提出了推動(dòng)我國公共文化服務(wù)的均衡發(fā)展的相關(guān)建議,包括加強(qiáng)政府主導(dǎo)、健全法規(guī)制度體系,加大保障力度、提高投入產(chǎn)出績效,整合網(wǎng)絡(luò)體系、推動(dòng)科技服務(wù)融合等。
[Abstract]:The study compares the differences in public cultural service institutions, service products, service activities, service access and so on in 31 provincial administrative regions of China, from the policy environment. The paper analyzes the causes of regional differences of public cultural services in China from the aspects of investment and talent team, and puts forward relevant suggestions to promote the balanced development of public cultural services in China, including strengthening the government-led. Improve the system of laws and regulations, strengthen the guarantee, improve the input-output performance, integrate the network system, promote the integration of science and technology services, etc.
