【摘要】：當(dāng)今我國正處在社會結(jié)構(gòu)大調(diào)整時期,隨著經(jīng)濟(jì)的快速發(fā)展,改革開放力度的加大,一些相關(guān)的農(nóng)村社會問題逐漸凸顯,比如農(nóng)民淳樸素養(yǎng)的喪失和城鄉(xiāng)貧富差距的加大,人們的思想也在不斷變化,這些從側(cè)面反映出在社會各個領(lǐng)域中,人們對社會主義新農(nóng)村文化的關(guān)注需要進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)。 本研究的目的是要通過把握社會轉(zhuǎn)型時期這個特定的歷史機(jī)遇,把握住我國新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)發(fā)展的風(fēng)向標(biāo),探討怎樣進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)社會主義先進(jìn)文化建設(shè),促進(jìn)社會主義新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的健康快速的發(fā)展,最終達(dá)到建設(shè)“文化強(qiáng)國”的戰(zhàn)略目標(biāo)。 第一部分,從提高農(nóng)民文化水平與素質(zhì)、豐富新農(nóng)村文化生活、城鎮(zhèn)一體化、社會主義新農(nóng)村文化大繁榮大發(fā)展四個方面闡述了本文的研究背景,并分析了本文的理論價值和實踐意義,介紹了文獻(xiàn)資料法、歸納總結(jié)法和歷史分析法等研究方法,最后對國內(nèi)外的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析,并提出了本研究的創(chuàng)新點。 第二部分,轉(zhuǎn)型時期新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的意義。分析了轉(zhuǎn)型時期新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的重要性、必要性和迫切性。 第三部分,轉(zhuǎn)型時期新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵及特點,首先介紹了轉(zhuǎn)型時期的意義、新農(nóng)村文化和新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)概念的界定,然后依次介紹了轉(zhuǎn)型時期新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)傳承性、鄉(xiāng)土本色等特點,最后簡要概括了轉(zhuǎn)型時期新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)包含的提高農(nóng)民的文化水平、創(chuàng)設(shè)文化活動場所、提供條件及環(huán)境、活躍豐富新農(nóng)村文化活動,組織一些文化比賽、提高新農(nóng)村文化的品位水平等四項內(nèi)容。 第四部分,轉(zhuǎn)型時期新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)現(xiàn)狀分析。首先概括了取得的成就和進(jìn)展；然后探究了新農(nóng)村文化發(fā)展存在的不均衡,民間文化逐漸衰落、新農(nóng)村文化人才隊伍缺乏、農(nóng)村“反文化”現(xiàn)象突出、新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)體制不完善等問題,并對造成這種問題的原因進(jìn)行了分析。 第五部分,發(fā)展社會主義新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的具體措施和對策。各級政府加強(qiáng)對新農(nóng)村文化領(lǐng)導(dǎo)、發(fā)展農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),帶動新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)、加強(qiáng)新農(nóng)村公共文化網(wǎng)絡(luò)建設(shè)、創(chuàng)新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的體制和機(jī)制、提高農(nóng)民思想道德素質(zhì)和科學(xué)文化素質(zhì),培訓(xùn)文化人才和高素質(zhì)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)干部、加大對新農(nóng)村文化建設(shè)的投資等措施,并分別進(jìn)行了具體分析。
[Abstract]:Nowadays, our country is in the period of great adjustment of social structure. With the rapid development of economy and the increase of reform and opening up, some related rural social problems are gradually highlighted. For example, the loss of farmers' simple literacy and the widening gap between urban and rural rich and poor, people's thinking is also constantly changing, which is reflected in all areas of society from the side. People's attention to the new socialist countryside culture needs to be further strengthened. The purpose of this study is to grasp this particular historical opportunity in the period of social transformation, to grasp the vane of the cultural construction of the new countryside of our country, and to explore how to further promote the construction of advanced socialist culture. To promote the healthy and rapid development of the cultural construction of the new socialist countryside, and finally to achieve the strategic goal of building a "cultural power". The first part expounds the research background of this paper from four aspects: improving farmers' cultural level and quality, enriching the cultural life of new countryside, integrating cities and towns, and developing the cultural prosperity of socialist new countryside. It also analyzes the theoretical value and practical significance of this paper, introduces the methods of literature, summary and historical analysis, and finally analyzes the current research situation at home and abroad. At the same time, the innovation of this study is put forward. The second part analyzes the importance, necessity and urgency of the construction of new rural culture in the transitional period. The third part, the connotation and characteristics of the construction of new rural culture in the transition period. Firstly, it introduces the significance of the transition period, the definition of the new rural culture and the concept of new rural cultural construction. Then it introduces the characteristics of the new rural cultural construction in the transitional period, such as inheritance, native features, and finally briefly summarizes the new rural cultural construction in the transitional period to improve the cultural level of farmers, create cultural activities. It provides the conditions and environment, actively enriches the cultural activities of the new countryside, organizes some cultural competitions, and raises the grade level of the new rural culture. Part 4th analyzes the present situation of the cultural construction of the new countryside in the transitional period. Firstly, it summarizes the achievements and progress made; Then explores the new rural culture development imbalance, the decline of folk culture, the lack of new rural cultural talents, rural "anti-culture" phenomenon is prominent, the new rural cultural construction system is not perfect and so on. The causes of this problem are analyzed. Part 5th, the concrete measures and countermeasures to develop the new socialist countryside culture construction. The governments at all levels strengthen the new rural cultural leadership, develop the rural economy, and promote the new rural cultural construction. We should strengthen the construction of the new rural public cultural network, innovate the system and mechanism of the rural cultural construction, improve the peasants' ideological and moral quality and scientific and cultural quality, and train cultural talents and high-quality leading cadres. Increase investment in the construction of new rural culture and other measures, and carried out specific analysis.
