【摘要】：新疆是我國(guó)最大的省級(jí)邊疆行政區(qū),自古以來(lái)各民族在這里共同居住,逐漸形成豐富而又深厚的新疆特色民族文化。由于兩千多年來(lái)新疆多民族的經(jīng)濟(jì)政治交往與思想文化交流,在歷史進(jìn)程中形成了多元文化發(fā)展的格局。 多種宗教信仰文化并存,也是新疆宗多元文化的基本特點(diǎn)。在今天的新疆逐漸形成以伊斯蘭教為主,多種宗教并存的局面。雖然,新疆各民族間的關(guān)系總體呈現(xiàn)出良好的發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì),但是依然存在著文化沖突與隔閡。并且在新疆存在眾多的跨國(guó)民族,所以,處理好民族之間的文化沖突,對(duì)于和諧發(fā)展新疆多元文化顯得尤為重要。“三股勢(shì)力”是影響新疆民族關(guān)系和社會(huì)政治大局穩(wěn)定的重要因素,必須要加以重視,確保新疆地區(qū)的長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展與穩(wěn)定。 “多元一體"的文化格局既使新疆內(nèi)部保存了文化多樣性的活力,同時(shí)又利于新疆文化的延續(xù)與新疆地區(qū)的穩(wěn)定發(fā)展。多元文化的和諧發(fā)展是新疆構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)的重要精神紐帶；多元文化的和諧發(fā)展有利于深化現(xiàn)有文化體制改革,促進(jìn)文化的繁榮發(fā)展；多元文化的和諧發(fā)展可以促進(jìn)各民族經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,這也是構(gòu)建新疆和諧民族關(guān)系的堅(jiān)實(shí)基礎(chǔ),新疆地區(qū)南北疆之間經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展不均衡,這是造成社會(huì)不和諧的因素之一。 所以,建立良好的民族關(guān)系,推進(jìn)民族地區(qū)的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展,在新疆是十分必要的。新疆多元文化的和諧發(fā)展,需要提高新疆的教育水平,培養(yǎng)高素質(zhì)的少數(shù)民族干部和文化人才,在保護(hù)傳統(tǒng)文化的同時(shí)積極進(jìn)行文化創(chuàng)新,加強(qiáng)社會(huì)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施的建設(shè),搭建現(xiàn)代化文化交流平臺(tái),加快新疆地區(qū)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展。發(fā)揮社會(huì)主義核心價(jià)值體系在多元文化和諧發(fā)展中的積極作用,有利于新疆多元民族文化和諧發(fā)展,有助于構(gòu)建和諧新疆,為我國(guó)構(gòu)建和諧社會(huì)做出貢獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:Xinjiang is the largest provincial borderland administrative region in China, where all ethnic groups have lived together since ancient times. Due to the economic and political exchanges and ideological and cultural exchanges among many nationalities in Xinjiang over the past 2,000 years, a multi-cultural development pattern has been formed in the course of history. The coexistence of multiple religious beliefs and cultures is also the basic characteristic of Xinjiang sect and multiculturalism. In today's Xinjiang, Islam is the main factor, and many religions coexist. The relationship between the nationalities in Xinjiang presents a good trend of development, but there are still cultural conflicts and gaps. And there are many transnational ethnic groups in Xinjiang, so, deal with the cultural conflicts between the ethnic groups. The "three forces" are the important factors that affect the ethnic relations and the overall social and political stability in Xinjiang, which must be paid more attention to. Ensure long-term development and stability in Xinjiang. The cultural pattern of "pluralistic integration" has even preserved the vitality of cultural diversity within Xinjiang. At the same time, it is conducive to the continuation of Xinjiang culture and the stable development of Xinjiang region. The harmonious development of multi-culture is an important spiritual link for Xinjiang to build a harmonious society. The harmonious development of multiculturalism is conducive to deepening the reform of the existing cultural system and promoting the prosperity and development of culture. The harmonious development of multi-culture can promote the economic development of all ethnic groups, which is also the solid foundation for the construction of harmonious ethnic relations in Xinjiang, and the economic development is not balanced between the north and the south of Xinjiang. This is one of the factors causing social disharmony. Therefore, it is very necessary to establish good ethnic relations and promote the economic development of ethnic areas in Xinjiang. The harmonious development of Xinjiang multi-culture needs to improve the education level of Xinjiang. We should train high-quality minority cadres and cultural talents, actively carry out cultural innovation while protecting traditional culture, strengthen the construction of social infrastructure, and build a modern cultural exchange platform. Speeding up the economic development of Xinjiang and giving play to the positive role of socialist core value system in the harmonious development of pluralistic cultures is conducive to the harmonious development of Xinjiang's multi-ethnic cultures and helps to build a harmonious Xinjiang. Contribute to the construction of a harmonious society in our country.
