【摘要】：聯(lián)合國2015年后國際發(fā)展議程的建構(gòu)正處于最為關(guān)鍵的進程壓縮時期。中非2015年后議程建構(gòu)合作既有來自于中非圍繞聯(lián)合國千年發(fā)展計劃(MDGs)合作的堅實經(jīng)驗基礎(chǔ),也有來自于中非對2015年后議程目標(biāo)/指標(biāo)的重要共識基礎(chǔ)。下一階段,中非2015年后議程建構(gòu)合作應(yīng)從戰(zhàn)略和操作兩個層面加速展開:在戰(zhàn)略層面上,中非應(yīng)從中非長期發(fā)展愿景的視角,以建構(gòu)中非利益—責(zé)任—命運"三位一體"共同體為指導(dǎo),提出中非2015年后議程建構(gòu)合作的具體原則;在操作層面上,中非應(yīng)從中非長期發(fā)展愿景的中短期規(guī)劃視角,以籌備2015年第六屆中非合作論壇為契機,形成中非2015年后議程建構(gòu)合作的具體舉措。
[Abstract]:The construction of the United Nations post-2015 international development agenda is in the most critical process of compression. The post-2015 post-2015 agenda-building cooperation has been based on a solid experience from Central Africa in cooperation with the United Nations Millennium Development Plan (MDGs), as well as an important consensus base on the goals/ targets of the post-2015 agenda for Central Africa. in that next stage, the post-2015 post-2015 agenda construction cooperation should be accelerated from two levels of strategy and operation: at the strategic level, China and Central Africa should be guided by the "three-in-one" community of the responsibility of non-interest and development in Central Africa, The specific principles of the post-2015 post-2015 agenda construction cooperation should be put forward. At the operational level, China and Africa should take a short-and short-term planning perspective from the long-term development vision of Central Africa in preparation for the 2015 Sixth Central African Cooperation Forum as an opportunity to form a concrete measure for the construction of the post-2015 post-2015 agenda.
