【摘要】：美國(guó)巴以政策是當(dāng)今巴以和平進(jìn)程中不可或缺的組成部分,直接或間接影響著巴以局勢(shì)的發(fā)展。冷戰(zhàn)后,巴以局勢(shì)發(fā)展呈現(xiàn)出了新的發(fā)展特點(diǎn),同時(shí)巴以和平進(jìn)程也取得了一定的突破,但是要想實(shí)現(xiàn)巴以之間真正和解還有一段很長(zhǎng)的路要走。美國(guó)作為當(dāng)今世界唯--超級(jí)大國(guó),自然,其政策對(duì)巴以局勢(shì)有著重大影響。眾所周知,美國(guó)在巴以和平進(jìn)程中具有重要作用,因此分析和研究美國(guó)的巴以政策就顯得尤為重要。通過(guò)本課題的研究,可以更準(zhǔn)確地理解和把握冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)的巴以政策的本質(zhì)和基本內(nèi)容；通過(guò)研究,可以從各個(gè)角度理解美國(guó)出臺(tái)這一系列政策的背景以及其深層次的原因；通過(guò)研究,可以對(duì)美國(guó)的巴以政策有一個(gè)更深程度的了解從而找出其政策的連續(xù)性和規(guī)律性。在實(shí)踐上,也可以對(duì)美國(guó)的巴以政策作一個(gè)客觀的評(píng)價(jià)并對(duì)未來(lái)在巴以問(wèn)題上的立場(chǎng)以及政策走向有一個(gè)大致的預(yù)判。因此,研究冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)巴以政策,對(duì)解析巴以困境具有巨大而深遠(yuǎn)的意義。 具體而言,本文首先通過(guò)對(duì)美國(guó)參與巴勒斯坦問(wèn)題歷史進(jìn)行回顧,了解冷戰(zhàn)前美國(guó)的巴以政策具體是什么樣,從而能夠更好地把握和理解冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)的巴以政策。接下來(lái),重點(diǎn)剖析冷戰(zhàn)后美國(guó)巴以政策的演變、演變的原因及其政策特點(diǎn)。最后對(duì)美國(guó)巴以政策帶來(lái)的影響進(jìn)行一個(gè)簡(jiǎn)單的總結(jié),并對(duì)巴以局勢(shì)的未來(lái)發(fā)展作一個(gè)展望。通過(guò)本文的分析,希望美國(guó)巴以政策對(duì)巴以局勢(shì)的影響得到更多人的重視,從而為巴以問(wèn)題的解決提供一個(gè)新的角度。
[Abstract]:American Palestinian-Israeli policy is an indispensable part of the Palestinian-Israeli peace process, which directly or indirectly affects the development of the Palestinian-Israeli situation. After the Cold War, the development of the situation between Palestine and Israel has shown new development characteristics, and at the same time, the Palestinian-Israeli peace process has also made some breakthroughs, but there is still a long way to go to realize the real reconciliation between Palestine and Israel. As the only superpower in the world today, the policy of the United States has a great impact on the situation between Palestine and Israel. As we all know, the United States plays an important role in the Palestinian-Israeli peace process, so it is particularly important to analyze and study the Palestinian-Israeli policy of the United States. Through the study of this subject, we can more accurately understand and grasp the essence and basic content of the American Palestinian-Israeli policy after the Cold War; through the research, we can understand the background of this series of policies and its deep-seated reasons from all angles; through the research, we can have a deeper understanding of the Palestinian-Israeli policy of the United States and find out the continuity and regularity of its policy. In practice, we can also make an objective evaluation of the Palestinian-Israeli policy of the United States and have a general prediction of the position and policy trend on the Palestinian-Israeli issue in the future. Therefore, the study of American Palestinian-Israeli policy after the Cold War is of great and far-reaching significance to the analysis of Palestinian-Israeli predicament. Specifically, this paper first reviews the history of American participation in the question of Palestine, and understands what the Palestinian-Israeli policy of the United States looks like before the Cold War, so as to better grasp and understand the Palestinian-Israeli policy of the United States after the Cold War. Next, it focuses on the evolution of American Palestinian-Israeli policy after the Cold War, the reasons for its evolution and its policy characteristics. Finally, a brief summary of the impact of the Israeli-Palestinian policy in the United States is made, and the future development of the Palestinian-Israeli situation is prospected. Through the analysis of this paper, I hope that more people will pay attention to the influence of American and Israeli policies on the situation between Palestine and Israel, so as to provide a new angle for the solution of Palestinian-Israeli problems.
