【摘要】：作為人類社會共同面臨的最嚴峻考驗之一，氣候變化問題的有效應對需要國際社會的共同努力與合作。在應對氣候變化的科學探討、內部政策回應與國際合作的過程中，歐盟都扮演了關鍵的角色。本文試圖從內部層面和國際路線兩個方面對歐盟氣候政策的內容進行了歸納，然后總結其得與失，，分析其發(fā)展趨勢，以期為未來各國氣候政策的制定提供借鑒，也為國際氣候多邊合作的發(fā)展提供背景材料。
[Abstract]:As one of the most severe tests faced by human society, the effective response to climate change needs the joint efforts and cooperation of the international community. The EU plays a key role in the scientific discussion of climate change, internal policy response and international cooperation. This paper attempts to sum up the contents of EU climate policy from the internal level and international route, and then summarize its gains and losses, analyze its development trend, in order to provide reference for the formulation of climate policy in the future, and also provide background materials for the development of international climate multilateral cooperation.
