【摘要】：由于伊中兩國石油市場的固有特性,兩國的石油關(guān)系會有很大的進步空間。一方面,中國的石油需求增長速度很快,今天的中國是世界第二大經(jīng)濟體,也是世界第二大石油消費國;另一方面,伊拉克恢復了其在中東的正常地位以及其與外界的聯(lián)系。伊拉克已探明的原油儲量為1430億桶,產(chǎn)量增長迅速,根據(jù)伊拉克石油部的計劃,其石油生產(chǎn)水平將在未來10年內(nèi)與沙特持平。伊中兩國的石油市場狀況表明兩國的石油關(guān)系具有互補性。中國經(jīng)濟的迅速發(fā)展將使中國進口石油的對外依存度逐漸增大,而伊拉克的石油儲量和產(chǎn)量也將不斷增加,再加上兩國之間的友好關(guān)系,雙方未來的石油合作前景充滿希望。
[Abstract]:Due to the inherent characteristics of the oil markets between Iraq and China, there will be a lot of room for progress in oil relations between the two countries. On the one hand, China's oil demand is growing rapidly. Today, China is the world's second largest economy and the world's second largest oil consumer; on the other hand, Iraq has restored its normal position in the Middle East and its ties with the outside world. Iraq, which has proven crude oil reserves of 143 billion barrels and is growing rapidly, will have the same level of oil production as Saudi Arabia over the next 10 years, according to plans by the Iraqi Ministry of Oil. The oil market situation between Iraq and China shows that the oil relations between the two countries are complementary. The rapid development of China's economy will gradually increase the dependence of China on imported oil, and Iraq's oil reserves and production will also continue to increase. Coupled with the friendly relations between the two countries, the prospects for future oil cooperation between the two countries are full of hope.
