【摘要】：建立信任措施已經(jīng)成為國與國之間普遍用來降低軍事意外沖突的一種機(jī)制。但現(xiàn)有國際關(guān)系領(lǐng)域建立的信任措施(模型)大多重視經(jīng)驗(yàn)分析,而鮮有探討國家間互信機(jī)制的生成。本文以希臘與土耳其在愛琴海爭端中的互信實(shí)踐為研究案例,總結(jié)出兩國建立互信機(jī)制的互動(dòng)模式與實(shí)施路徑,并進(jìn)而梳理出國家間信任的三個(gè)層次,以期為中國解決海上領(lǐng)土爭端提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:Confidence-building measures have become a common mechanism between States to reduce military accidental conflicts. However, most of the existing confidence measures (models) in the field of international relations attach importance to empirical analysis, but rarely discuss the generation of mutual trust mechanism between countries. Taking the practice of mutual trust between Greece and Turkey in the Aegean dispute as a case study, this paper summarizes the interaction mode and implementation path of establishing mutual trust mechanism between the two countries, and then combs out the three levels of trust between countries. In order to provide reference for China to resolve maritime territorial disputes.
