【摘要】：日本對俄羅斯的領土要求長期徘徊于爭取得到四個島嶼抑或兩個島嶼的猶豫中。俄國對日本則采取恩威并施、長期拖延,以諸多的條件迫使其知難而退的政策。俄國不肯輕易放棄本國已經據有的任何一個島嶼籌碼。而日本骨子里要長期同中國作對的政策更加劇了其在對俄領土問題上的被動狀況。從日俄兩國的島嶼爭端中,中國必須從中得到啟示和經驗,首先,改變以往對日本領土交涉的弱勢心態(tài),學習俄國的強勢心態(tài)以及外交手段的靈活。其次,學習日本在領土問題上堅忍不拔、堅持不懈的決心和意志,努力發(fā)展國家實力,樹立收回國土的信心。
[Abstract]:Japan's territorial claims to Russia have long hovered over four or two islands. Russia, on the other hand, has adopted a policy of combining kindness with Japan, procrastinating for a long time, and forcing it to withdraw from difficulties with many conditions. Russia will not easily give up any island chips it already has. Japan's long-term policy of fighting China has exacerbated its passivity over Russian territory. From the island dispute between Japan and Russia, China must get inspiration and experience. First of all, it must change the weak mentality of negotiating with Japan's territory in the past, learn from Russia's strong state of mind and the flexibility of diplomatic means. Secondly, we should study Japan's perseverance on the territorial issue, persevere in its determination and will, strive to develop its national strength, and build confidence in the restoration of its territory.
