【摘要】：中美關(guān)系的復(fù)雜性主要源于兩國國家利益的差異。本文認(rèn)為,美國在界定本國利益時,基于現(xiàn)實主義所推崇的軍事地位,屬于以權(quán)力界定利益。對美國而言,權(quán)力邏輯和經(jīng)濟(jì)邏輯統(tǒng)一于同時擁有霸主地位和高收入。與歷史上傳統(tǒng)的崛起國不同,中國是一個典型的"未富先大"的國家,人均收入尚處于歷史低點。而在人均收入沒有提高之前,大國的權(quán)力內(nèi)涵不多,因此不能視軍事擴(kuò)張為核心利益,而應(yīng)該以發(fā)展界定利益。鑒于在全球?qū)用嫔吓c美國存在著廣泛的共同利益,中國應(yīng)該繼續(xù)做國際秩序的一個支持者和維護(hù)者,鞏固與美國達(dá)成的"大期待"。
[Abstract]:The complexity of Sino-US relations stems mainly from the differences in national interests between the two countries. This paper argues that when the United States defines its own interests, it is based on the military status advocated by realism and belongs to the definition of interests by power. For the United States, power logic and economic logic are United in both dominance and high income. Unlike the traditional rising countries in history, China is a typical country with a low per capita income. Before the increase of the per capita income, the power connotation of the big countries is not much, so military expansion should not be regarded as the core interest, but the interests should be defined by development. Given the wide range of common interests with the United States at the global level, China should continue to be a supporter and defender of the international order and consolidate the "great expectations" it has reached with the United States.
