【摘要】：中俄兩國國內(nèi)及周邊地區(qū)的恐怖主義活動在冷戰(zhàn)之后日益頻繁,兩國作為歐亞大陸相鄰的兩個大國,有責(zé)任與義務(wù)攜手反恐,為維護(hù)兩國及地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定貢獻(xiàn)力量,因此研究中俄反恐合作有著極其重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文在研究中俄兩國國內(nèi)、周邊地區(qū)及國際環(huán)境的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了中俄反恐合作的動因,論述了中俄反恐合作的三個領(lǐng)域,即雙邊領(lǐng)域、多邊領(lǐng)域及全球領(lǐng)域,指出了制約中俄反恐合作的因素,并通過分析預(yù)測了中俄反恐合作的前景,最后對中俄反恐合作給出了相應(yīng)的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Since the cold war, terrorist activities in and around China and Russia have become increasingly frequent. As two major powers adjacent to Eurasia, the two countries have the responsibility and obligation to join hands in countering terrorism and contribute to the maintenance of peace and stability between the two countries and regions. Therefore, the study of Sino-Russian counter-terrorism cooperation has a very important practical significance. On the basis of studying the domestic, peripheral and international environment of China and Russia, this paper analyzes the motivation of Sino-Russian counter-terrorism cooperation, and discusses three fields of Sino-Russian counter-terrorism cooperation, namely bilateral field, multilateral field and global field. This paper points out the factors restricting Sino-Russian counter-terrorism cooperation, forecasts the prospect of Sino-Russian counter-terrorism cooperation through analysis, and finally puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for Sino-Russian counter-terrorism cooperation.
