【摘要】：當(dāng)前國際關(guān)系的重心正在從大西洋轉(zhuǎn)向太平洋，而位于太平洋東岸的亞洲在新興經(jīng)濟(jì)體的帶動(dòng)下經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展迅速，越來越受到國際社會(huì)的關(guān)注。中國的崛起對(duì)美國的霸主地位形成了潛在的挑戰(zhàn)，使得美國不得不調(diào)整其亞洲戰(zhàn)略�，F(xiàn)實(shí)情況是美國的實(shí)力出現(xiàn)了相對(duì)下降，為此美國高調(diào)宣布“重返亞洲戰(zhàn)略”，同希望強(qiáng)化其現(xiàn)有雙邊同盟體系，力圖構(gòu)建類似北約的“亞洲版北約”組織。美國利用中國南海問題、朝鮮問題等地區(qū)熱點(diǎn)為突破口，為中國的崛起制造各種障礙，大力宣傳所謂“中國威脅論”，為進(jìn)一步加強(qiáng)與亞洲國家合作，整合亞太同盟格局創(chuàng)造氣氛。本文在回顧亞太安全結(jié)構(gòu)現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合亞太安全形勢(shì)出現(xiàn)的新情況，深入分析了當(dāng)前美國的亞太安全政策，對(duì)美國亞太安全結(jié)構(gòu)的未來發(fā)展方向進(jìn)行了探討。由于美國更多的介入亞太事務(wù)，使得亞洲局勢(shì)日益復(fù)雜化，，對(duì)中國的發(fā)展和安全造成消極影響，因此為了贏得周邊的穩(wěn)定，中國對(duì)美國的亞洲政策調(diào)整必須高度關(guān)注，同時(shí)積極理性應(yīng)對(duì)。
[Abstract]:At present, the focus of international relations is shifting from the Atlantic to the Pacific, and Asia, which is located on the eastern coast of the Pacific, is developing rapidly with the help of the emerging economies, and has attracted more and more attention from the international community. China's rise poses a potential challenge to America's dominance, forcing the United States to adjust its Asia strategy. The reality is that the United States has seen a relative decline in power, so the United States has announced a high-profile "return to Asia Strategy" and hopes to strengthen its existing bilateral alliance system in an effort to build a NATO-like "Asian version of NATO". The United States made use of the South China Sea issue and the North Korean issue as breakthroughs to create various obstacles to China's rise, vigorously publicize the so-called "China threat theory," and further strengthen cooperation with Asian countries. Integration of the Asia-Pacific alliance to create an atmosphere. Based on the review of the current situation of the Asia-Pacific security structure and the new situation of the security situation in the Asia-Pacific region, this paper analyzes the current security policy of the United States in the Asia-Pacific region, and discusses the future development direction of the security structure of the United States in the Asia-Pacific region. Because the more involvement of the United States in Asia-Pacific affairs has made the situation in Asia increasingly complicated and has a negative impact on China's development and security, in order to gain stability in its neighboring regions, China must pay high attention to the adjustment of US policy towards Asia.
