【摘要】：為推動美國亞洲的再平衡戰(zhàn)略,奧巴馬訪日。奧巴馬支持日本修憲和解禁集體自衛(wèi)權(quán),達到了在政治、軍事、安全上借重日本力量管控東亞的意圖,但作為再平衡戰(zhàn)略重要組成部分的TPP協(xié)議未達成,是奧巴馬訪日的外交失敗。日本借助美國再平衡戰(zhàn)略,復(fù)活了民族軍國主義,為清除國家正�；缆飞系恼�、法律障礙爭取到了美國的支持。美日同盟的強化迫使中國做出強硬回應(yīng),并著眼戰(zhàn)略構(gòu)造的新布局。
[Abstract]:Obama visited Japan to push for a rebalancing strategy in Asia. Obama supported Japan's constitutional amendment and lifted the right to collective self-defence, achieving the intention of relying on Japanese forces to control East Asia politically, militarily and securely, but the TPP agreement, an important part of the rebalancing strategy, was not reached. It was Obama's diplomatic failure to visit Japan. With the help of American rebalancing strategy, Japan has revived national militarism and won the support of the United States for removing political and legal obstacles on the road to normalization of the country. The strengthening of the U. S.-Japan alliance has forced China to respond forcefully and focus on a new layout of strategic structures.
