【摘要】：全球化從內(nèi)涵上體現(xiàn)為一種全球秩序,表現(xiàn)為世界不同國家與地區(qū)秉承自由、平等原則而開展的政治、經(jīng)濟、文化交往。全球化的內(nèi)在要求與國際誠信舊秩序并行不悖,客觀上呼喚一種融公共性、包容性、多元性、積極信任等特征為一體的新秩序。國際誠信新秩序的重建,需要從秩序理念、秩序網(wǎng)絡(luò)、秩序內(nèi)容、秩序維護平臺等多方面予以努力。
[Abstract]:Globalization embodies a kind of global order in connotation, which is manifested in the political, economic and cultural exchanges carried out by different countries and regions in the world under the principle of freedom and equality. The inherent requirement of globalization goes hand in hand with the old international good faith order, and objectively calls for a new order that integrates the characteristics of publicity, inclusiveness, pluralism and positive trust. The reconstruction of the new order of international honesty and credit requires efforts from many aspects, such as order idea, order network, order content, order maintenance platform and so on.
