【摘要】：21世紀(jì)初的中日關(guān)系呈現(xiàn)出“民熱官冷”、“政冷經(jīng)熱”的局面。近幾年來,中日兩國摩擦不斷。透過歷史、經(jīng)濟(jì)等變量的分析,我們可以得出一個結(jié)論:中日之間由于陷入短期無法消除的安全困境之中,因而雙方不斷出現(xiàn)摩擦。中日雙邊關(guān)系進(jìn)行重大戰(zhàn)略性調(diào)整的根源也是雙方間的安全困境。中日之間存在安全困境,但不可否認(rèn)也存在著相當(dāng)廣泛的共同利益。緩解中日安全困境,在于中日雙方相互消除疑慮,重新進(jìn)行自身的角色認(rèn)知,積極尋求相互的利益匯合點。以建構(gòu)主義來分析中日關(guān)系,我們就可以發(fā)現(xiàn),中日兩國之間的矛盾實質(zhì)上是兩國身份認(rèn)知上的分歧和集體身份上的缺乏所致。因此,要改善兩國關(guān)系,必須從培育兩國積極的集體身份入手,扭轉(zhuǎn)目前中日關(guān)系不良的趨勢,變中日間的惡性競爭為良性互動。雙方各自應(yīng)采取積極的應(yīng)對措施,推動中日關(guān)系的良性互動,共同培育和構(gòu)建東亞區(qū)域安全共同體,并發(fā)揮負(fù)責(zé)任利益攸關(guān)者的作用,通過在地區(qū)和全球事務(wù)中的協(xié)調(diào),增進(jìn)戰(zhàn)略互惠和戰(zhàn)略互信。這對于中國的和平發(fā)展有著重要意義。同時對中日兩國,乃至亞太地區(qū)的和平與穩(wěn)定也有著重要的意義。 本文研究為定性研究,應(yīng)用亞歷山大·溫特的建構(gòu)主義理論,以中日兩國之間的外交事實為依據(jù),研究了中日兩國的安全困境特點,重點剖析了安全困境形成的原因和表現(xiàn),并以建構(gòu)主義理論為依托,試圖找到走出中日安全困境的途徑。
[Abstract]:At the beginning of the 21 st century, the relations between China and Japan presented the situation of "people are hot, officials are cold" and "politics are cold and economic heat". In recent years, friction between China and Japan has been constant. Through the analysis of history, economy and other variables, we can draw a conclusion: because China and Japan are caught in a security dilemma that cannot be eliminated in the short term, there are constantly frictions between the two sides. The major strategic adjustment of bilateral relations is also rooted in the security dilemma between the two sides. There is a security dilemma between China and Japan, but there is no denying that there are also a wide range of common interests. To alleviate the security dilemma of China and Japan lies in the mutual elimination of misgivings, the re-recognition of their own roles and the active seeking of mutual interests. By analyzing Sino-Japanese relations with constructivism, we can find that the contradiction between China and Japan is essentially caused by the differences in identity cognition and the lack of collective identity between the two countries. Therefore, in order to improve the relationship between the two countries, we must start with cultivating the positive collective identity of the two countries, reverse the current bad trend of Sino-Japanese relations, and turn the vicious competition between China and Japan into benign interaction. The two sides should take positive measures to promote the positive interaction between China and Japan, jointly foster and build a regional security community in East Asia, and play a responsible stakeholder role through coordination in regional and global affairs, Enhance strategic reciprocity and strategic mutual trust. This is of great significance to China's peaceful development. It is also of great significance to the peace and stability of China and Japan, as well as the Asia-Pacific region. Based on the diplomatic facts between China and Japan, this paper studies the characteristics of security dilemmas between China and Japan by applying Alexander Winter's constructivism theory, and analyzes the causes and manifestations of security dilemmas. Based on the constructivism theory, the author tries to find a way out of the security dilemma between China and Japan.
