【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后，全球化進(jìn)程加快，經(jīng)濟(jì)外交逐漸成為大國間博弈的主要手段。日本作為運(yùn)用和發(fā)展經(jīng)濟(jì)外交較早的國家，不論是經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的規(guī)�；蚴欠秶际歉鲊鴮W(xué)習(xí)和追趕的目標(biāo)，其運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)外交促進(jìn)國家安全的理念，以及成功的實(shí)踐使其成為運(yùn)用經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的典范。本文基于經(jīng)濟(jì)外交和國家安全的相關(guān)理論，從五個(gè)不同的角度分析了日本經(jīng)濟(jì)外交對(duì)國家安全的影響，得出經(jīng)濟(jì)外交因素是確保冷戰(zhàn)后日本安全的重要原因。作為全球經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的典型代表，在經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的成功一直以來是世界各國的研究對(duì)象，經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域?qū)野踩淖饔猛瑯泳哂懈鲊梃b的價(jià)值。通過對(duì)日本經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的研究可以發(fā)現(xiàn)，日本經(jīng)濟(jì)外交在國土安全、經(jīng)濟(jì)安全、能源安全、外交安全以及文化價(jià)值方面都有著舉足輕重的積極影響，全方位的保障著日本的國家安全。冷戰(zhàn)后，全球化進(jìn)程加速，經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的作用和范圍越來越擴(kuò)大，已經(jīng)成為國際關(guān)系中重要的博弈手段，所以對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的研究就顯得尤為重要和迫切。 我國是世界上最大的發(fā)展中國家，經(jīng)濟(jì)各項(xiàng)指標(biāo)發(fā)展穩(wěn)定迅速，現(xiàn)在成為世界第二大經(jīng)濟(jì)體。在這種前提下，中國的經(jīng)濟(jì)外交怎樣發(fā)揮中國的特色成為新時(shí)期中國經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的新課題。對(duì)于作為東亞近鄰的日本，他們?cè)趯?shí)踐經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的歷程中有哪些成功的經(jīng)驗(yàn)值得我們借鑒、又有哪些失敗的教訓(xùn)告誡我們要警戒，對(duì)中國經(jīng)濟(jì)外交的探索有著重要的啟示作用，，中國在堅(jiān)持有中國特色社會(huì)主義的大前提下，要參照前人的步伐，探索著經(jīng)濟(jì)外交影響國家安全的道路。
[Abstract]:After the end of the Cold War, the process of globalization quickened, and economic diplomacy gradually became the main means of game between great powers. As an early country to use and develop economic diplomacy, Japan, regardless of the scale or scope of its economic development, is the goal of learning and catching up by all countries, and its concept of using economic diplomacy to promote national security. And successful practice makes it a model of economic diplomacy. Based on the relevant theories of economic diplomacy and national security, this paper analyzes the influence of Japan's economic diplomacy on national security from five different angles, and concludes that the factors of economic diplomacy are the important reasons to ensure Japan's security after the Cold War. As a typical representative of global economic development, the success in the economic field has been the object of study all over the world, and the role of the economic field in national security also has the value of reference by all countries. Through the study of Japan's economic diplomacy, we can find that Japan's economic diplomacy has a decisive and positive impact on homeland security, economic security, energy security, diplomatic security and cultural values. All aspects of the protection of Japan's national security. After the Cold War, the process of globalization accelerated, the role and scope of economic diplomacy expanded more and more, has become an important game in international relations, so the study of economic diplomacy is particularly important and urgent. China is the largest developing country in the world, and its economic indicators are developing steadily and rapidly, and now it has become the second largest economy in the world. Under this premise, how to bring Chinese characteristics into full play in China's economic diplomacy has become a new topic in China's economic diplomacy in the new period. As for Japan, as a close neighbor of East Asia, what successful experiences they have in the course of practicing economic diplomacy are worthy of our reference, and what lessons they have failed to teach us to be vigilant, which will have an important enlightening effect on the exploration of China's economic diplomacy. Under the premise of persisting in socialism with Chinese characteristics, China should consult the steps of predecessors and explore the way that economic diplomacy affects national security.
