【摘要】：近五年來(lái),歐洲承受著全球金融危機(jī)和歐洲國(guó)家主權(quán)債務(wù)危機(jī)帶來(lái)的各種壓力與困難,一體化面臨嚴(yán)峻考驗(yàn)。為應(yīng)對(duì)危機(jī)、提升競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,歐盟推出了各個(gè)層面的改革。中國(guó)學(xué)者運(yùn)用一些理論框架、從新的視角出發(fā),在對(duì)歐洲一體化進(jìn)程的研究和討論中迸發(fā)出不少新觀點(diǎn)。本文從國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)界對(duì)歐洲一體化的解釋,對(duì)歐盟經(jīng)濟(jì)治理、憲政化和共同外交與安全政策改革的探討,對(duì)歐洲一體化本身和研究方法的反思三個(gè)方面,梳理了學(xué)者們的觀點(diǎn)。在總結(jié)研究亮點(diǎn)的同時(shí),也指出了研究過(guò)程中存在的問(wèn)題。
[Abstract]:In the past five years, Europe has been subjected to various pressures and difficulties brought about by the global financial crisis and the sovereign debt crisis of European countries, and the integration is facing a severe test. In order to deal with the crisis and enhance competitiveness, the European Union has introduced reforms at all levels. Using some theoretical frameworks, Chinese scholars burst out a lot of new views in the research and discussion of the European integration process from a new perspective. This paper combs the scholars' views from three aspects: the explanation of European integration in domestic academic circles, the discussion of EU economic governance, constitutionalism and the reform of common foreign and security policy, and the reflection of European integration itself and research methods. At the same time, it also points out the problems in the research process.
