【摘要】： 尼赫魯“不結(jié)盟”思想作為尼赫魯時(shí)期印度對美蘇外交的指導(dǎo)思想,其產(chǎn)生有著復(fù)雜、深刻的淵源,不僅受到當(dāng)時(shí)冷戰(zhàn)國際形勢的影響,也來源于西方的思想和印度傳統(tǒng)的文化。雖然在不同時(shí)期有一定的調(diào)整變化,但始終服務(wù)于印度的國家利益,保證了印度在美蘇爭霸的格局下維護(hù)國家的主權(quán)和獨(dú)立,獲得發(fā)展所需的經(jīng)濟(jì)和技術(shù)援助,提高了自身的國際地位。因此,尼赫魯?shù)摹安唤Y(jié)盟”思想不僅幫助印度同時(shí)取得了美蘇雙方的援助,也為他本人贏得了世界聲譽(yù),甚至對今天的印度產(chǎn)生著不可估量的持久影響而廣大第三世界國家也紛紛效仿并最終形成了影響巨大的不結(jié)盟運(yùn)動。本文將從其定義、內(nèi)容、產(chǎn)生背景、外交實(shí)踐、與國際不結(jié)盟運(yùn)動的關(guān)系以及對印度的影響等幾個(gè)方面對尼赫魯?shù)倪@一思想進(jìn)行初步總結(jié)和思考,使我們對尼赫魯?shù)摹安唤Y(jié)盟”思想有更全面的認(rèn)識。
[Abstract]:Nehru's "nonalignment" thought, as the guiding ideology of Indian diplomacy to the United States and Soviet Union during Nehru period, has a complex and profound origin and is not only influenced by the international situation of the Cold War at that time. It also comes from Western ideas and traditional Indian culture. Although there have been certain adjustments and changes in different periods, they have always served the national interests of India, guaranteed India to safeguard the sovereignty and independence of the country under the pattern of US-Soviet hegemony, and obtained the economic and technical assistance needed for development. Improved its own international status. Therefore, Nehru's "non-alignment" thought not only helped India obtain assistance from both the United States and the Soviet Union at the same time, but also earned him a world reputation. Even India today has an incalculable lasting effect and the vast third world countries have followed and finally formed a powerful Non-Aligned Movement. This paper summarizes Nehru's thought from its definition, content, background, diplomatic practice, relations with the International Non-Aligned Movement and its influence on India. So that we have a more comprehensive understanding of Nehru's "non-alignment" thought.
