以華商網(wǎng)絡的視角看東南亞華人企業(yè)的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)變

【摘要】：華商網(wǎng)絡的形成始于宋元時期，宋代中國政治經(jīng)濟中心的南移使東南沿海地區(qū)對外貿(mào)易得到迅速發(fā)展。東南沿海商人與東南亞地區(qū)貿(mào)易往來日漸密切，流向東南亞地區(qū)的華人移民也不斷增多，并形成一定規(guī)模的集中聚居區(qū)和相應的華人組織。華商開始在海外形成相對穩(wěn)定的貿(mào)易活動范圍，聯(lián)系中國東南沿海與海外的華商網(wǎng)絡逐漸形成。華商網(wǎng)絡發(fā)展至今，海外華商的經(jīng)濟活動在其中起著重要的作用，特別是華人企業(yè)之間的合作往來。而華商網(wǎng)絡的存在也為華人企業(yè)分享信息、籌集資金、擴展業(yè)務提供了平臺。華人企業(yè)之間的貿(mào)易聯(lián)系推動了華商網(wǎng)絡的形成，華商網(wǎng)絡反過來又為華人企業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了有利條件。 東南亞華人企業(yè)眾多，是海外華人經(jīng)濟的重要組成部分。故對東南亞華人企業(yè)的研究一直是華僑華人經(jīng)濟研究中的重點。本文從華商網(wǎng)絡的視角，論述東南亞華人企業(yè)在其發(fā)展過程中，相互間構(gòu)建了怎樣的關(guān)系，以及這一關(guān)系對華商網(wǎng)絡的形成發(fā)展產(chǎn)生的影響；而另一方面，華商網(wǎng)絡對于華人企業(yè)的發(fā)展與轉(zhuǎn)變同樣具有重要意義�；谶@一點，文章首先對華商網(wǎng)絡的形成發(fā)展，以及華商網(wǎng)絡的構(gòu)成和運轉(zhuǎn)作了詳細說明，了解華商網(wǎng)絡作為一個平臺，在促進企業(yè)間的信息交流，推動各國及各地區(qū)間的貿(mào)易往來，，實現(xiàn)資源的優(yōu)化配置等各個方面所起到的作用。隨后文章從東南亞華商之間、東南亞華商與中國之間、東南亞華商與非華商三個方面對東南亞華人企業(yè)在網(wǎng)絡內(nèi)的經(jīng)濟活動分別進行了分析。不同于以往對華商網(wǎng)絡的論述集中于華人企業(yè)之間的聯(lián)系，本文將華商與非華人資本之間的合作納入到華商網(wǎng)絡的范圍，以論證這一網(wǎng)絡結(jié)構(gòu)的開放性與包容性。 隨著新移民的大量崛起和東南亞華人企業(yè)領(lǐng)導層的新舊更替，新一代華商作為一個群體出現(xiàn)。他們在對企業(yè)的經(jīng)營理念、經(jīng)營方式等多方面都變現(xiàn)出新的特點，加之金融危機后國際經(jīng)濟環(huán)境的變化，使在新一代華商領(lǐng)導下的東南亞華人企業(yè)有了新的轉(zhuǎn)變和發(fā)展，華商網(wǎng)絡也隨之產(chǎn)生了相應的變化。這是經(jīng)濟發(fā)展的必然結(jié)果，同時也順應了全球化的發(fā)展趨勢。最后，文章結(jié)合東南亞華人企業(yè)的變化，對中國企業(yè)“走出去”戰(zhàn)略進行了論述，說明在新形勢下東南亞華人企業(yè)和華商網(wǎng)絡的轉(zhuǎn)變對中國企業(yè)尋求海外拓展的意義。
[Abstract]:The formation of the Chinese business network began during the Song and Yuan dynasties, and the southward shift of China's political and economic centers in the Song Dynasty led to the rapid development of foreign trade in the southeast coastal areas. The southeast coast merchants and Southeast Asia trade contacts are close day by day, the Chinese immigrant to Southeast Asia also increases unceasingly, and forms the certain scale concentrated settlement area and the corresponding Chinese organization. Chinese businessmen began to form a relatively stable scope of trade activities overseas, and a network of Chinese businessmen linked to the southeast coast of China and overseas was gradually formed. Up to now, overseas Chinese businessmen 'economic activities play an important role in the development of the Chinese business network, especially the cooperation between Chinese enterprises. The existence of Chinese business network also provides a platform for Chinese enterprises to share information, raise funds and expand their business. The trade relationship between Chinese enterprises promotes the formation of Chinese business network, which in turn provides favorable conditions for the development of Chinese enterprises. There are many Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia, which is an important part of overseas Chinese economy. Therefore, the study of Southeast Asian Chinese enterprises has been the focus of overseas Chinese economic research. From the perspective of Chinese business network, this paper discusses the relationship between Southeast Asian Chinese enterprises in the process of their development, and the influence of this relationship on the formation and development of Chinese business network. On the other hand, the Chinese business network is also important for the development and transformation of Chinese enterprises. Based on this point, the article first gives a detailed description of the formation and development of the Chinese business network, as well as the composition and operation of the Chinese business network, to understand that the Chinese business network, as a platform, promotes the exchange of information among enterprises. To promote the trade between countries and regions, to achieve the optimal allocation of resources and other aspects of the role played. Then the article analyzes the economic activities of Southeast Asian Chinese enterprises in the network from three aspects: Southeast Asian Chinese businessmen, Southeast Asian Chinese businessmen and China, Southeast Asian Chinese businessmen and non-Chinese businessmen. Different from the previous discussion on the Chinese business network, this paper brings the cooperation between Chinese businessmen and non-Chinese capital into the scope of the Chinese business network, in order to demonstrate the openness and inclusiveness of the network structure. With the emergence of new immigrants and the new and old leadership of Southeast Asian Chinese enterprises, a new generation of Chinese businessmen emerged as a group. They have shown new characteristics in many aspects, such as their business concept and mode of operation. In addition, the changes in the international economic environment after the financial crisis have brought about a new transformation and development of Southeast Asian Chinese enterprises under the leadership of a new generation of Chinese businessmen. The Chinese business network also produced the corresponding change with it. This is the inevitable result of economic development, but also conform to the trend of globalization. Finally, combined with the changes of Southeast Asian Chinese enterprises, the article discusses the strategy of "going out" for Chinese enterprises in Southeast Asia, and explains the significance of the transformation of Southeast Asian Chinese enterprises and Chinese business networks in seeking overseas development for Chinese enterprises under the new situation.
