【摘要】：特朗普總統(tǒng)本人的政策偏好對(duì)研究美國(guó)新政府的整體外交和對(duì)華政策有著重要的參考作用。通過(guò)對(duì)其撰寫的著作中有關(guān)外交部分的解讀來(lái)定義和理解其"美國(guó)優(yōu)先"理念的具體內(nèi)容,可以勾勒出特朗普的外交理念和施政重點(diǎn),并且通過(guò)其內(nèi)閣成員的任命和施政加以佐證。特朗普將極端伊斯蘭勢(shì)力視為美國(guó)軍事上最大的威脅,而將中國(guó)視為美國(guó)未來(lái)最大的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)對(duì)手,同時(shí)對(duì)諸如氣候變化等非傳統(tǒng)安全合作予以否定。未來(lái)的中美關(guān)系將受到來(lái)自美國(guó)在地緣政治和經(jīng)濟(jì)領(lǐng)域的雙重壓力,而中美兩國(guó)之間有望在諸如基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施建設(shè)和全球反恐領(lǐng)域開展新的合作,穩(wěn)定并發(fā)展雙邊關(guān)系。
[Abstract]:President Trump's own policy preference is an important reference for studying the overall foreign policy and China policy of the new administration of the United States. By interpreting the diplomatic part of his book to define and understand the specific content of his "America first" concept, Trump's diplomatic philosophy and priorities can be outlined. It is supported by the appointment and administration of its cabinet members. Trump sees extreme Islamist forces as the biggest military threat to the United States, and China as America's biggest future rival, while denying non-traditional security cooperation such as climate change. Future Sino-US relations will come under pressure from the United States in both geopolitical and economic fields, while new cooperation between China and the United States in areas such as infrastructure construction and global counter-terrorism will be expected to stabilize and develop bilateral relations.
