【摘要】：冷戰(zhàn)結(jié)束后,周邊外交1正式從第三世界外交中獨(dú)立出來(lái),成為中國(guó)外交總布局的主要支柱之一。隨著近年來(lái)中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的崛起和周邊環(huán)境的新變化,國(guó)內(nèi)學(xué)界關(guān)于周邊外交的研究成果層出不窮。但是,目前國(guó)內(nèi)研究存在的一個(gè)普遍的不足便是很少?gòu)闹苓厙?guó)家的視野下來(lái)觀察和反思我國(guó)的周邊外交。因此,了解周邊鄰國(guó)之一——韓國(guó)學(xué)界對(duì)冷戰(zhàn)后中國(guó)周邊外交的研究現(xiàn)狀,不僅有利于反思目前周邊外交工作存在的不足,而且有助于拓展周邊外交"由外而內(nèi)"的研究新模式。
[Abstract]:Since the end of the Cold War, the peripheral diplomacy has become one of the main pillars of China's diplomacy. With the rise of China's economy and the new changes in the surrounding environment in recent years, the domestic academic circles about the peripheral diplomacy research results emerge one after another. However, at present, a common deficiency in domestic research is that we seldom observe and reflect on China's peripheral diplomacy from the perspective of neighboring countries. Therefore, understanding the current situation of research on China's peripheral diplomacy in South Korea, one of the neighboring countries, is not only conducive to reflecting on the shortcomings existing in the current peripheral diplomacy, Moreover, it is helpful to expand the new research mode of peripheral diplomacy from outside to inside.
