【摘要】：共生理論研究的是如何使國際社會尋找一條"多元共生、包容共進"、"同其他國家和諧共生"的可持續(xù)發(fā)展之路。在現(xiàn)階段,一方面是國際社會要求中國承擔更大的國際責任和更多的國際義務(wù);另一方面,中國對其具有全球意識的大國責任,即促進國際體系朝著更加公正、合理的方向發(fā)展的主體自覺也在增強。十八大以來的事實證明,在和諧共生理念的指導下,"中國責任"將建立命運共同體作為其核心目標,并通過"一帶一路"建設(shè)使之付諸實踐,最后則是貫徹落實"四個全面"部署,以此為之提供堅實的內(nèi)部保證。而目標、實踐及保證等三者的有機結(jié)合正積極推動中國向?qū)崿F(xiàn)"兩個一百年"的奮斗目標和中華民族偉大復興的中國夢邁進,這不僅會造福中國人民,也將為世界各國人民帶來福祉。
[Abstract]:The symbiosis theory studies how to make the international community look for a sustainable development road of "pluralistic symbiosis, inclusive co-advance" and "harmonious symbiosis with other countries". At the present stage, on the one hand, the international community demands that China assume greater international responsibility and more international obligations; On the other hand, China's global sense of responsibility for the major powers, that is, to promote the international system towards a more just and reasonable direction of the subjective consciousness is also increasing. Facts since the 18th National Congress have proved that under the guidance of the concept of harmonious symbiosis, "China's responsibility" regards the establishment of a community of destiny as its core goal and puts it into practice through the construction of "Belt and Road". Finally, the implementation of the "four comprehensive" deployment, as a solid internal guarantee. And the organic combination of goals, practices and guarantees is actively pushing China forward to the goal of "two hundred years" and to Chinese Dream, who has achieved the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. This will not only benefit the Chinese people, It will also bring happiness to the peoples of the world.
